He has always made himself available. He is extremely neat and clean. He always puts a cloth down and he always cleans up after himself. He's friendly and his prices are competitive. He is extremely skilled. He doesn't make us do things just to pad the bill. He is honest and skilled at what he does. He is thorough. We have only used him.
Description of Work: We use Tony's Appliance Repair Service for appliance repair. He was last here to repair the freezer handles on the refrigerator/freezer because it was broken.

+ 0 moreTony showed up promptly. He was pleasant enough and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the switch. He then refused to honor a Angies List discount then reluctantly gave in and gave us $10.00 off an original $175.00 bill. I thought the price high for such a simple job.

+ -1 moreRather than wait for me to have the frige, looked at, my Dad went through the local paper, called Tony's explained the problem. Tony's set up an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, looked things over, gave my dad an estimate.He decided to go ahead with the work, the repair was finished within the hour. It is two years later, it's still running, and keeping things cold. Pleased he did a good job for a fair price and didn't ry to take advantage of an elderly person.
Description of Work: older side by side refrigerator with temperature problems, not quite sure of the exact work as this repair was for my 90 year old father at his home, but I think the condensor was replaced, and cooling (freon) agent was replaced.

+ -1 moreThis company is a father and son business. I like the service they provide. They are loyal to their customers and you can even buy appliances from them too. I think that is another nice thing about them. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: My refrigerator broke and this company came to my home to fix it. The cooling agent was not working properly. A part was replaced to rectify the problem and its been working fine ever since.
