 + 0 moreThere is a fine line between deciding to to repair an older alarm system and installing a newer modern system. Suffolk Lock and Security offered both options. I was able to get an appointment within a week and the technician arrived within the three hour window as promised. He was very experienced and cleared all error messages on the key pad without any problems. The only negative was the expense. It's $95 just to walk through the door and $125 plus parts for the first hour so the minimum charge with tax will come close to $250 for even a simple problem. My system needed the whole hour so I was very satisfied overall.
Description of Work: The technician serviced a home alarm system installed many years ago by another company who failed to respond to service requests.
