Description of Work: We used Romanelli for automatic heating oil deliveries. The prices are fair and they are prompt. The delivery men and repair men are professional and timely. We were never unhappy with that portion of the company. We also paid for a service contract. This was supposed to include a furnace cleaning and tune up. We never got our tune up and they refused to perform it because they said I called too late in the season. The women who answer the phones in the office are incredibly rude and condescending. There is a $150 cancelation fee if you do not complete 1 year of automatic delivery. Mainly because of the rudeness of the office staff, we chose not to continue once our contract was up. I spend too much on my heating oil to be treated poorly by the company.

+ -1 moreExcellent. We were having problems with our boiler (including Christmas Day and New Year's) and they have always responded quickly and got us up and running immediately. They came back on several occasions to determine what was causing the problem and did determine the cause and all is well. The entire staff is professional, courteous and very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe've been with Romanelli and Son for several years and are VERY happy. We can budget our payments with the payment plan, and they are prompt when we have an issue. This Christmas eve, we had a tragic death in the family. I was also 8 months pregnant, ill with pneumonia, and my son was just a year old. The heat went out. I called and a very kind woman had someone at our house within 10 minutes. You can't put a price on service like that.
Description of Work: Romanelli & Son, our oil provider, came to fix our furnace.

+ -1 moreThey came within a half hour of my wife’s call, they solved the problem, and then they were gone. I have been using them for many years and they know what they are doing. They are very responsible and reliable. Since fuel oil is critical these days, they have a very fair customer contract that keeps the price consistent and without spikes.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with Romanelli & Son to do repairs and to supply my fuel oil. They responded to an emergency situation two weeks ago when the burner wouldn’t come on.

+ -1 moreRomanelli and Son Incorporated has been in business for 35 years. They are very reliable and thorough in their work. I pay them an annual fee which includes insurance for repairs. They are very well qualified and I would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: They serviced my air conditioner this spring and my furnace last fall. Both times they inspected all parts and cleaned everything. Our house has 3500 square feet.
