I've never met anyone that is so particular. He went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable about fabric and stains. He knew exactly what type of cleaning my sofa needed. The fabric on my sofa required a different cleaning method, so he took the time to do it correctly on a Sunday Morning and didn't charge me any extra. My white sofa is so perfect thanks to to him. Also restored my antique rug with a different method. Looks brand new.

Thomas did a wonderful job cleaning my two sofas and pillows. He even took the time to sew a ripped seam on one of the pillows! Will definitely use him again.

Thomas is very lovely and very accommodating Having said that after completing the work on one so far he told me that as soon as everything dries everything that I was seeing spots the dirt etc. would disappear This was not the case in fact it left water stains that weren t there before I wrote two emails I never got a reply I m sure the sofa overall was more clean than before it was done but all the spots remain every single one there was no improvement at all

Showed up on time. Did an excellent job. More complete and better than I would have done myself. Furniture, rugs & office chairs were very low water (ecco) steamed cleaned and were dry very quickly. Worker had a great attitude and pride in his work.
