Everything went perfectly. Jerry was on time and completed job outstandingly. He was meticulous and neat. Door knobs were replaced perfectly. In addition he was extremely reasonably priced. We couldn't have been happier with his service. Don't hesitate to call him. You will not regret it.

Jerry is professional, prompt, and most importantly a gentleman. He is a pleasure to work with and his prices are very fair. I would suggest giving him a call when you need someone reliable.

The garage floor completely peeled up. It is as bad as it was before I had the job done. The bathroom shelves were put up with liquid nail and just fell off. I brought this to Jerry's attention and he refused to fix it or refund any of the money. I had to pay someone else to scrape off the liquid nail for me (it is like concrete).

Arrived on time. Jerry is very friendly, polite & professional. Offered suggestions that worked out better. Gave me the receipts for the materials bought to do the job. Made my property save for the rescue Chihuahuas I am adopting.

Jerry was wonderful. He was prompt, detailed and explained exactly how he was going to fix the gate. He actually made the gate himself to match the other side that was still intact. He only charged $125 for the labor and the rest of the cost was the materials. He's the perfect handyman! I will definitely be using him again in the future!

We called this company because we were having plumbing issues at our house. We picked him because of his A rating and also because they were close to our house. We were very disappointed when we didn't even get a call back. Guess you can't always trust a rating. Would not recommend this company.

He was very reasonable and he did a nice job. He was just as good as my handyman before. He is actually cheaper than the guy I used to use.

It went well. Unfortunately it was winter and he had to work on a deck partially covered with snow and ice. He did a good job and the price was fair. He also gave me a good price on replacing a fence but I didn't want to lay out the cash and had it installed on credit.

They showed up on time and the job was done quickly and professional.

Did great job. Made recommendations without adding any pressure. would definately use again. Took care of all details for glass relacement.

Great! Arrived a few minutes early. Extremely organized, neat. Got right to work. I can say without hesitation that he is the BEST handyman I have ever had! He was able to do everything on my list.

He was able to fixed something that no one else was able to fix or willing to fix. I wasn’t here when he did the job and they told me that he didn’t charge me for the job he did. He said it was so simple that he didn’t charge. He didn’t use any parts or anything and now it works. I would definitely use him again. He came out the next day. I was told that he was nice.

I was very encouraged, at first, by Jerry's responsiveness and willingness to discuss my needs very thoroughly, as well as his suggestion for doing a repair rather than replacement of my bathroom exhaust fan (one of several needed tasks). I was also grateful to learn of his reasonable rates and payment policies, and thought that I'd found the ideal handyman. Unfortunately, when I arranged for him to come between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. on the day in question, he showed up at 8:10 a.m. while my tenant was readying his kids for school. When my tenant requested that he come back at 9:00 a.m., Jerry said, "That's not gonna happen" and he just left. While my tenant should have told me to request service after 9:00, Jerry still should NOT have simply left. He certainly could have phoned me to discuss the situation, as I would have been happy to pay him for that time, despite his having arrived earlier than agreed, so that he could enjoy a cup of coffee at the local donut shop and relax before returning a short while later to do the work. I completely understand that Jerry drove a substantial distance to the job, and I wouldn't wish for him to lose time or money for his efforts, but surely such a relatively small snafu could have been worked out, without throwing the baby out with the bathwater. In short, while Jerry is probably an amazing handyman, his apparent lack of professionalism in less than perfect situations, leads me to be unable to recommend him to others. While I know that there are always two sides to a story, I found it disappointing to learn from my tenant that Jerry apparently behaved in such an inflexible and unprofessional manner, especially since the entire situation could have been remedied to everyone's satisfaction by a simple phone call to me from Jerry. ------------- A further update to my review. Jerry obviously dialed the incorrect telephone number for me. I received no messages from him, and I was also at home at the time when he claims he arrived at my tenant's house, so I would have definitely answered my phone had it rung. The first communication I received from him post service date was his response below to my review. While I do believe him when he says he arrived at 8:29, had he simply phoned me on the correct number, I would have gladly paid him for the brief amount of time he would have needed to wait before returning to complete the job. He was certainly entitled to be paid by me for showing up at the agreed time, as he was not hired by my tenant, and irrespective of what my tenant said, I would be the one responsible for paying him. I was completely upfront with Jerry, and confirmed with my tenant that Jerry's arrival time of between 8:30-9:00 was fine. I can't help it if my tenant forgot what he agreed to, or else simply didn't notice the time I provided him for scheduled service. Jerry agreed to the start time of 8:30-9:00 so his supposed day start time of 5 am is irrelevant. Besides, who in their right mind has a handyman show up to their house at 5:00 a.m??

Everything went great. Jerry first reviewed the work I wanted done and then made sure I had all the correct pieces. Then he went to work, checking with me on certain things along the way. Great to know someone trustworthy and with solid expertise for any future jobs. His prices are also very reasonable, especially for the amount of things I needed done. I will definitely be contacting Jerry again!

It went EXTREMELY WELL !! We are very happy !!

Jerry responds promptly on the phone which is very important to us. He came over soon after to assess the job. He came back soon after that and worked for a whole day. We had more things for him to do so he came back the following week. He will also come again in the Spring because we have some jobs that need warmer weather. He is honest about his skill base and what he wants to do. He is easy to communicate with and is a man of his word. It is comforting to know that we now have someone to rely on to do those things that we cannot.

I called and left both my work and cell numbers and never heard back from him.

He went to 4 places trying to locate exact match tiles and when he could not, he purchased the closest match possible. He showed up right on time and worked non stop for 3 hours. Swept up afterwards fairly well. He came with the reciet for the box of tiles $50 and charged only $100 for his labor. He has a wonderful work ethic and I would call him again for any small home improvement job.

Called the provider to tell him what I wanted done. Asked me if I could send him pictures of what I wanted done on my deck since he didn't want to come to my house for nothing "given the price of gas." I emailed him pictures. I couldn't answer my phone when he called so he left a message.....saying everything to lead me to believe that he did not want to do the job, even though I had other things for him to do in the house (and would have had him come back for other stuff had he even come to my house!) He was suggesting 'to me' how I could do the job. I will give someone else a call.

Mr.-Fix-It was a very nice gentleman and he returned my call quickly, however he is not a PLUMBER, and he said he has been telling you for a long time to change his listing he is a HANDYMAN, but no one at Angie's is listening. So you wasted my time and his.

Everything went well. Jerry was very prompt. He was able to do all the jobs that I requested. I was very satisfied with the work he did. Besides that, Jerry is a very nice person to deal with. I would definitely call him again in the near future to do more jobs.

Jerry was very thorough and got it right. Although not an electrician by trade, this job didn't need a certified electrician, Jerry saw the problem and was able to correct it. What you'd think was a simple wiring job in a switch box had me baffled. Jerry didn't give up and got it right. I gave him $50 even though he asked for $30. Can't get much fairer than that. Wow! I found someone who I will call anytime I need help. He was busy, and said he'd fit me in as soon as he could, and he did. ( I didn't expect service in an instant, and this wasn't an emergency). He came a few days after I called which was a pleasant surprise. Clean job. Jerry is a very nice guy. Again, I would highly recommend him for any small jobs you have.
