+ -1 moreThe only thing I was not pleased with was the fact that it took like 4 months to get here. You will pay and wait but it is well worth the wait. There was nothing wrong with it. The sofa was in excellent condition when it finally arrived. When I went to purchase it, they were not too pushy at all. The guy that we had worked with wanted to see our floor plan and he helped us decide what would look good.
Description of Work: I had bought a sofa and an ottoman from Maurice.

+ 0 moreThis has been one of the worst experiences of my entire life & Maurice Villency has not heard the last from me.
Description of Work: Two items were bought there & both were faulty. The entertainment unit needed numerous repairs & was never fixed to my satisfaction. After a year & a half, of having an incomplete unit in my house, the company finally said they would replace it. The glass coffee table was scratched when brought in. The top glass was then replaced in a timely fashion. However, the middle glass from the coffee table, with 1/2" thick glass actually exploded one day in my living room. Had anyone been in the room at the time, they could easily have gotten hit. Villency takes no responsibility & repeated calls, including photographs of all the little pieces of glass everywhere sent to them, has done nothing. They blame us & are quite hostile on the phone. Do not ever buy anything from this company unless you want heartache & wish to throw your money out the window.

+ 0 moreI LIKE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE. I DO NOT LIKE THE PRICE, THOUGH IT IS WORTH THE PRICE, OR I WOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT. THEY GOT TO KNOW ME. THEY KNEW MY LIKES AND MY DISLIKES. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM THEY RESPONDED ASAP. THAT'S WHY THEY WERE WORTH THE MONEY.
