A beautiful job! My house had oak floors that had been neglected for over forty years. They look amazing now. The team was super-competent and creative about old-house problems. The price covered four rooms and a hallway. I was happy with the whole experience.

His nephew, who performed the work, was excellent: very easy to talk to and work with, very punctual (he came when he said he would come), the quality of the work was exceptional, and he did everything he could to ensure that my pets could not enter the area. He and his worker even moved a heavy piece of furniture that we could not. I will be using Long Island Sanding again when I redo my bedroom floors.
