+ -1 moreAfter the spring cleanup on a Tuesday and they left the bags at my curb. So I had to drag the bags up my driveway then drag them back down on Friday when the garbage was picked up. I called and a girl (sounds like shes in high school) states to me that she will make a note and it won't happen again. Fine. Then they came the first week to cut on a Tuesday and leave 3 bags at my curb again, also they didn't clean out any weeds in my beds like they said they would. Had to drag the bags up and down driveway again. Called the girl she calls back after about 4 days tells me she will tell them and she's sorry. Fine. Then the second week, a Tuesday once again, they leave 5 bags at the curb and the weeds are overgrowing my beds. I call the girl. She doesn't call me back for a couple of days. Finally I told her I cant do this anymore. Then that was it. Also the number to their company(which is a house, I drove by it) rings about 2 times and goes to answer machine. Terrible.
Description of Work: They did a spring cleanup for about $160 and cut my lawn for 2 weeks before I let them go.

+ -1 moreI HAD ONLY ONE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY AND THAT IS WHEN THE GARDENER RAN OVER MY HOSE. THEY WERE VERY NICE ABOUT IT AND I DEDUCTED THE PRICE OF MY HOSE FROM THE BILL.
Description of Work: THEY DO ALL LEAF BLOWING, CUTTING OF LAWN, EDGING AND THATCHING.

+ -1 moreI HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM EXCEPT ONCE, SOME WEEDING WASN'T DONE. BUT IT WAS MINOR AND THEY RETURNED RIGHT AWAY. IN THE SPRING EDGING IS DONE AROUND THE GARDEN.
Description of Work: THE GRASS WAS CUT AND EDGING WAS DONE AROUND THE WALKWAY TO THE FRONT DOOR.
