Flag Enterprises

It went great! When we saw that our house was flooded, we panicked. Then we called Flag Enterprises, and we had no more worries. They immediately took care of everything - removing damaged carpeting and sheetrock, and drying walls and ceilings in a calming and professional manner. They had to leave fans overnight to dry the walls and ceilings, and were punctual when returning to remove fans and check their work. Every one of the men that came to work here was a pleasure to deal with, and made me feel at ease that everything would once again be fine.

Highly aggressive using threatening tactics in order to collect. Independent persons working on home expressed concerns that more wet materials should have been removed. Not professional at all. I question whether the work the invoice reflected was even done.

Flag has been extremely unprofessional. In speaking with other people who experienced similar adverse events, the wet flooring and sheetrock should have been removed immediately to contain the mold. I was also informed the equipment placed in home was not adequate based on size of room. Flag told me they could not remove any wet materials such as sheetrock or flooring since they were pending approval from insurance company. The insurance company temporarily granted approval and nothing was done for 24 hours. After dismissing Flag from their services, they became enraged.

Absolutely problem free

Unfortunately I did not use Angie's list to find this company. Had I done that, I would have known that FLAG had leukwarm reviews for carpet cleaning and NO reviews for mold remediation. But when I contacted FLAG and spoke to Tommy and saw their literature, I felt comfortable hiring them. Tommy was very pleasant and personable and answered questions thoroughly before the job started. Afterwards, was another story. Not only would they not cooperate with my insurance company (causing me not to be covered for their piece of the work), they were rude, screaming and unreasonable to both me and the insurance adjuster. Tommy held himself out to be the owner, until the final 50% payment was due upon completion (I paid the $2000, 50% up-front, --a big mistake--otherwise I would have thrown them out the first 4 hours). I refused to pay the final $2000 until I determined if the remediation was the cause of my family's illness, and until they cooperated with my Insurance company. That's when I found out about Tommy's boss, Bob Sands. I can see why FLAG does not have you speak with BOB. He is the most awful person I have spoken to in my 56 years on this planet. He only screams. But not just with me. My Insurance adjuster gave up after 2-3 calls to them, because they refused to itemize their work and put in writing exactly what work had been done. FLAG immediately put a lein on my property (only one week after they completed their work) without trying to work things out. I guess they have been down this unprofessional road before. The specifics: FLAG did not secure contaminated areas properly. They did not even follow their own protocols as was explained to me by Tommy. Tommy did not stay on the job the whole 2 days as promised. He only stayed about 2 hours the first day. FLAG did not protect the bedrooms from the contaminated areas. I asked them 4 times to add plastic sheeting to cover up holes where mold was leaking into the rest of my condo. Should have thrown them out then. They did not cover my furniture before demolition and I had to throw out my new couch and new chair. They did not rip up the amount of floor as promised and left part of the moldy floor in place, which they only bio-cleaned. (and did not reduce price). I expressed concern that the condo smelled awful and was choking me when they turned on the air scrubbers (huge Hepa filters) I made the mistake of not having a written step by step contract. They assured me this was all normal and all would be fine. Then, 48-72 hours later, the Mold hygienist or tester, from a different company, re-tested and gave the all-clear. We moved back into the condo and 4 hours later we had to leave and seek medical attention and go on rescue inhalers. I still am not living in my condo, because I do not as yet have the money to re-do the job, which now requires a MORE expensive remediation; partly due to the poor workmanship.

I thought that they were courteous and they were on time. The appearance in terms of the professional look of them was sub-par but they were nice people nevertheless.

Excellent service...have used them for years! They have cleaned carpet, upholstery, even outdoor cushions! Prompt, courteous and always professional.

I like that they are flexible in their schedule. Once when my child was sick, they changed my appointment for me. They were really accommodating. The workers are really nice. They move my furniture for me and put the Styrofoam lifts under the furniture.

They are very friendly when they are there working for me. They always show up on time to do the work. They always make sure to get everything when they are there.

FLAG CARPET CLEANING DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING MY CARPETS. THE STAFF SHOWED UP ON TIME AND MOVED ALL THE HEAVY FURNITURE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF.

THE WORKERS ARE RELIABLE AND THEY ARE VERY CONSIDERATE OF YOUR HOME. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. I LIKE THE WAY MY CARPETS LOOK WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.

THE HELP IS VERY POLITE! THEY ACTUALLY MOVE THE FURNITURE WITHOUT CHARGE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD, HAPPY AND PUNCTUAL. THEY ALWAYS KEEP ANY APPOINTMENTS MADE WITH YOU.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS. THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH, BUT THE JOB WAS DONE WELL.

FLAG CARPET DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. MY CARPETS LOOK ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AFTER THEY HAVE CLEANED THEM. FLAG USES DEODORIZER THAT MAKES MY CARPETS SMELL WONDERFUL.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF GETTING THE STAINS AND ODORS OUT OF MY CARPETS. THEY DIDNT USE WATER, SO THE CARPETS DIDNT TAKE LONG TO DRY. THE STAFF WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.

FLAG DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY CARPETS. THEY LOOK AND SMELL JUST GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

THEY ARE AN OK COMPANY. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND GET THE JOB DONE. I DONT HAVE ANY REAL COMPLAINTS, I JUST THINK MY CARPETS COULD LOOK A LITTLE BETTER.

WELL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CARPETS, I ALSO LIKED HOW REASONABLE THEIR PRICES WERE. THE GUYS WHO DID THE WORK WERE PRETTY NICE AND QUITE PROFESSIONAL.

FLAG DOES A FANTASTIC JOB. ALL MY CARPET AND MY COUCHES LOOK VERY GOOD AND THEY SMELL VERY FRESH. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE CALLED THE OFFICE; HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE & WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY COMMUNICATED WELL.

THIS COMPANY REALLY SURPRISED ME WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. THEY CLEANED ALL SPOTS AND STAINS THAT I COULD NEVER REMOVE. I ASKED TO HAVE THE CARPET DOUBLE STEAMED AND THEY PROVIDED ME WITH THAT. MY CARPET LOOKS SMOOTH AND SMELLS FRESH.

THEY DEFINITELY DID THEIR JOB. THEY WERE HONEST, ON TIME AND VERY RELIABLE. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT AND ALWAYS SMELLS BRAND NEW WHEN THEY FINISH. I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH FLAG CARPET CLEANING. I HAVE NEVER FOUND THEM MOVING MY FURNITURE IN A HARSH MANNER WHILE CLEANING MY CARPETS.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH CLEANING THE CARPETS.
