THEY HAD TO PULL EVERTHING OUT AND PUT IT BACK . THEY PUT A NEW SECURITY SYSTEM IN ,( MICROSOFT.) WHICH IS GREAT SO FAR. TODAY 10/14/13. I AM NOT COMPUTER SMART,SO THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL TO EXPLAIN ALL WHAT I NEEDED TO KNOW. THIS WAS FOR MY DELL LAPTOP PURCHASED IN FEB OF 2011

I had taken the computer to 2 other place's. Best Buy told me repair would be $650. The other computer repair shop said he couldn't fix it because it was not repairable. My friend said to take it to Executive before I bought a new one. When I brought it in a very nice young man look at my computer. He said that this happens a lot. Better yet he said they could fix it for $165.00. They also did a complete back up of my hard drive info before working on the computer. They said it was a precaution to secure my data which they said was usually worth more to clients than the actual computer. 2 days later They said it was done. I came in to pick it up. Another very nice man explained the whole repair and even showed me the old part. He also took the time to explain to me how to avoid this in the future. I have recommended this company to all my friends. The owner of my company called them last week for a network problem and they responded in 45 min. Repair took less that an hour. Again the tech was very friendly. After talking to the owner he went to each person and asked them if they had anything they need done. He fixed every issue. I've never seem someone type so fast. Don't waste you time. Go to Executive Computer.

THEY DID A GOOD AND I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOOD. MY COMPUTER SYSTEM IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE.
