We called Drain RX, on a Sunday, after noticing our basement was flooded and seemed to be coming from the toilet bowl (thank you toddlers lol). Victor called us back, came soon after, and diagnosed the problem. He had us fixed up and back on track in no time!! Super professional and we can not thank him enough!!

After our 3 year old bundle of joy decided it would be nice for Mommyâ  s wedding and engagement rings to take a swim in the toilet, we needed help and needed it fast! Victor was here first thing in the morning to get to work. He was professional and his level of concern to get them back was comforting. Even after it seemed they were too far down, Victor was determined to come up with a plan and I truly appreciated his determination. The rings were located and retrieved. We are eternally grateful!

The guys at DrainRX are the best. Living in an older house in Rockville Centre with old plumbing that easily clogs up, I have had to call them three times for three different drains, and every time John got in touch with me immediately, they came as soon as they could, and resolved the issue quickly. They're honest workers who only charge what is necessary, and they appreciate repeat customers and take an interest in getting to know you and your house. Recommend 10/10.

These guys were wonderful. They came right away & had our problem fixed a very short time after arriving. They even cleared a clog that they werenâ t there to clear! Most importantly though, because of the COVID-19 virus, they came in in masks & gloves. Iâ m at high risk as an asthmatic so it was a huge concern for me but they both made sure I was comfortable with them coming into my home. They even asked if I wanted them to come in a back or side door to keep our contact to an absolute minimum & then they cleaned up anything they touched with a disinfectant. I will definitely be calling on them again if I have any more clogs during & after this health crisis.

Drain-RX services were great! They explained exactly what they were doing and why and answered all of our questions in a knowledgeable professional way. They also wore face masks, as well as covers on their shoes and gloves! I would highly recommend this company.

This family owned company exceeded my expectations. I hired them to address a septic problem. They arrived on time. Their quote was reasonable. I lived out of town and they kept me in the loop through out their work Even used FaceTime to show me problems as they arose. They even followed up with me the next day to ensure that everything was working as promised. They really cared that the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone with a simple or complex plumbing issue and needed someone they could trust.
