Roman, his wife and crew were awesome. They cleaned our house after months of renovations and before we moved in. They cleaned the place inside and out! They were very professional and worked very hard. We are going to be using their services on a regular basis.

I first met with Roman & his wife Eva in the beginning of August 20123. Prior to our initial meeting, I discussed the kind of cleaning I would need with Roman on the phone. He was prompt to call me back & schedule a home visit. My house has a lot of knick knacks & after the home visit, Roman felt that I would be better served by having his wife Eva do the house rather than the team. Eva comes twice monthly & is always on time & her work is meticulous. She is reliable, responsible & beyond competent--she truly cares about the work she does & she is definitely professional. She has her work cut out for her here in that we have so much to clean, as well as three cats & a dog--my husband & I both feel very fortunate to have her taking care of everything for us. We've had cleaning services in the past & our most recent provider really let things deteriorate. Eva whipped the house into shape in no time & continues to do a stellar job. We both recommend Beyond Maids & Eva without hesitation & consider ourselves fortunate to have found her.

I've used four different cleaning services in the past, and can honestly say that Beyond Maids has been the best of them all. I have had Roman and his team of 4 coming in every two weeks for about two months now and wanted to wait awhile before writing a review. I can now, without reservation, HIGHLY recommend this competent, efficient, professional company. Beyond Maids is in and out of my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in ONE HOUR!! We have no kids but with 3 cats and a dog there is a fair amount of fur and when they finished my house looks and smells wonderful! Roman doesn't just oversee his team, he works right along with them, he is always concerned that all of my requirements are met and that I am satisfied with services rendered. Needless to say I am a very happy customer!

I contacted them through the website, AND called on my mother's behalf. My mother also called herself... twice. She was going through chemotherapy, and had house guests coming... needles to say, she was NOT up to cleaning the house. Neither of us received a call back... EVER. Even the courtesy of letting us know they did not cover our area would have been nice. Very disappointing.

Roman and his team of 5 cleaners were punctual, efficient, professional, attentive, and very detail-oriented. They found dirt where I didn't even know I had any! They performed the best house-cleaning I've witnessed in years. I was especially impressed by Roman's low-key, no hard-sell attitude during our initial meeting, and his obvious sincerity in simply wanting to do the best job possible. He was very accommodating about any specific cleaning that I might want, and was in constant touch via text regarding time and supply needs. I wholly recommend them!

Roman was running late, but texted me before my appointment time to let me know that the previous job was taking longer than expected. He was professional, efficient, and personable. The floors look great and I will absolutely use him again for tile cleaning--and probably house cleaning, too!

They did a good job but we ended up ripping up the floor anyway.

I called Roman four times, in two weeks, to schedule an appointment. I left my name and contact information on all the messages I left & even said I got this Big Deal from Angie's List and he never called back. This is very unprofessional. I requested a refund, which I received, because I do not believe that Roman deserves my money. Unfortunately for Roman, I was considering using him for other services, based on his excellent reviews, but that will not be happening now.

To be perfectly honest, I was not too keen on the idea of strangers coming into my home without me being present but my wife put my paranoia in check and convinced me that it was time to hire a cleaning service. I originally found this company while searching for a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service on this site. Their ratings were stellar so I felt more at ease while I was reading all the praise they have been receiving on here. Roman came to the house to discuss our expectations and the particulars of what we wanted done and things we wanted them to bypass. He was very easy to talk to and extremely friendly. Roman and I set up a date for the first cleaning, which is a thorough cleaning of the entire house top to bottom to set the stage for a bi-weekly return schedule. We discussed cleaning supplies over text, which was really helpful since he was able to provide pictures of exactly what they needed to get the job done. Communicating over text is very welcome with my schedule. Day of the cleaning Roman and his crew came in arms full of equipment and went straight to work. I have to admit, the speed at which they began took me by surprise. There was no hesitation at all, it was like a cleaning fury as soon as they set foot in the house! I tried my best to stay out of the way and let them do their thing. When all was said and done the house was SPOTLESS. I have never seen this place this clean, ever. My wife and I used to clean it ourselves and apparently we had no idea what we were doing. I couldn't have been happier with the job they performed. If the bi-weekly cleanings go as well as this one did, I have no reservations recommending Beyond Maids.

Boris arrived on time and did a very nice job on the tile floor - he was so thorough that I asked him to clean my upholstered dining chairs. Very happy with his work.

It went great. He did a really good job. The grout came out very clean and white. He was very professional and cleaned everything on the floor.

They are very punctual and responsive. Roman is reachable by text/phone whenever you need to speak with him. They go above and beyond their duties in cleaning, letting me know what products would be best for the job and going out of their way to make sure they do their 100% best at each visit. They work quickly--their team is usually done with my 3 story house in one hour. They also make sure to throw all the used rags in the washing machine after each cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

He did a great job. Showed up at the promised time, was personable, polite and professional. He cleaned the floor including an extra treatment for an area of grout that was heavily stained. we were very happy with his services.

Excellent. The owners came to the house first to quote a price for the initial cleaning and how much the price would be for biweekly cleanings. Very reasonable. They gave me a list of supplies to purchase for their use which are left at our home. In addition, they like working with towels that we launder after they leave. They specified where and how many of them to buy. This works well for us - not using paper towels is good on the environment and our budget. Very efficient and thorough work. Beyond Maids also provides carpet cleaning and tile floor/grout cleaning. They did an amazing job on our grout! I couldn't believe the difference! I highly recommend Beyond Maids! Love them!

Roman is very professional and nice person! I did additional work without any charge. Honest, friendly and hard work. my word here cannot say enough how good he is. Saw Beyond Maid on Angies' List and contacted Roman to schedule for the house cleaning. He was very good, professional and responsive. His team arrived on time and did a great and thorough job cleaning the entire house (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus basement). We have subsequently hired them to come and perform regular cleaning every 2 weeks. They are excellent and we are very happy with our experience. Highly recommended!

Roman and his team cleaned our house for a first initial cleaning and they did a great job! The house looks amazing! Can't wait till they come back in 2 weeks! Will recommend to everyone. Great service, great price, very punctual!

I used the service when Angie's list ran the special for the $99 tile cleaning. Within 24 hrs. I heard back from Roman of Beyond Maids and we were able to schedule the appointment. He came to my house and cleaned the tile in my kitchen - which is a main room in my home, so there is a lot of traffic. The grout was really in need of a good cleaning, and the results were fantastic. I was so pleased by the service, I asked about carpet cleaning. Mind you this is right around the holiday season, so I would not have been surprised if he was booked up and couldn't get to me until January, but that was not the case. Roman came and cleaned an 8 x 10 area rug, as well as my dining room carpet within two weeks of cleaning my floor. I was amazed at what he wass able to bring out in the carpet. It looked brand new. Roman moved the furniture and placed protectors under each leg of the furniture after the carpet was cleaned. Roman was a pleasure to work with - he was easily accessible by phone or e-mail; he arrived promply and was completely professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Beyond Maids. Great Job!!

I found Roman to be very professional. He came early to accommodate my schedule. The carpets came out clean and he put the rooms back to normal afterwards. I would certainly recommend him and would use him again.
