Roman and his crew do a fabulous job. I have been using them for bi-weekly cleaning for a few months and have been very happy. They are punctual, pleasant, efficient and hard working. When they walk in the door, Roman always asks if I have any questions or need anything special done. We just had them wash all of our windows and they did an amazing job. Our windows are a challenge to clean but somehow, they all look great. My teenager - not known for noticing things - walked in and announced, "everything is beautiful!" There were a couple of windows that were not to Roman's satisfaction (I thought they were fine) and he assured me that he would work on them again when he returns for our next cleaning. I highly recommend them. I have found them to be reliable and thorough and a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with them.

Our 6,000 sq. ft. townhouse was completely renovated six years ago. In the intervening years, we've had multiple overnight visits from the family horde, which includes lots of small kids. Needless to say, our doors and walls were full of all the evidence of their stays. We hired Roman and his crew to wash all the walls. They showed up on time (both to do the estimate and to do the work) and did a GREAT and fast job. They worked clean and carefully (taking off their shoes before entering, for example). Their only fault is that it took many tries before I finally connected with Roman -- he knows that characteristic of his is a problem (and lots of other people on Angie's List have complained about him for that) and wants to do better. My only recommendation is that you just keep trying - he's worth it.

Roman is friendly and direct to deal with. He told me what to expect and not to expect (he won't wash down the walls each time he comes every two weeks, e.g.) He and the crew notice everything- the condition of the walls, the lampshades etc. They came when they said they would and left when they were completely finished. They brought their own cloths and I stick them in the washer and dryer to have them ready for the next 2 week visit. I am quite happy to work with them. My former cleaning service seemed to make their workers so unhappy and their supervisors would sometimes bark orders at them. Beyond Maids' crew is busy and orderly and their people just work hard and seem to treat each other well and seem very honest in their dealings.

Roman and his crew arrive on time and do a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier. They go above and beyond my expectations.

Roman and his crew are a phenomenon. They came in like a cleaning SWAT team and immediately went to work. They arrived right on-time and did the most thorough job I've ever seen. I would hire them again in an instant. If you want your cleaning done right, perfect even, don't bother with anyone else. Roman and his cleaning ladies are without equal.

We originally contacted this provider when moving into a new home for a deep cleaning. A whole team of workers came in and did a wonderful job. They were punctual, extremely professional, and we were very pleased with the end result. Roman was very responsive to our needs, and went above and beyond our expectations. We also hired him to come in and do a carpet and ceramic tile floor cleaning. We couldn't believe the results -- it was as if we had brand new flooring. He works hard and takes pride in his work, as he should. We have since hired Beyond Maids to come in for regular bi-weekly cleaning and would definitely recommend their services. They are hard working and honest and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

ROMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME, HE DID EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND THE JOB MADE THE FLOOR AS GOOD AS NEW HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING( NOT LIKE SOME COMPANIES WHO SEND HELPERS> IWAS SO IMPRESSED I AM GOING TO TRY HIM OUT ON MY RUGS AND HOUSE CLEANING.

It went fantastic. Eva did a wonderful job, we would definitely hire her again. This is our second time using this company and they are great.

We did not spend anything additional. They cleaned the tile in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I was communicating with Roman, I think he was the owner. He was very professional. We had a lot of issues scheduling because it was such a bad winter the weather. I just kind of put it off then contacted him again. He got right back to me and did a great job with cleaning the tile and grout.

I arranged the cleaning of our house with Roman via text. He was extremely thorough in explaining their process and preferred products. He was very responsive and was happy to answer any and all questions. Ewa came to our house punctually and was very professional. She did a great job cleaning our house top to bottom. I'd be happy to use their services again if we need an overhaul when we move, however, we couldn't justify the expense every two weeks. They are certainly worth what they charge, though! They were also happy to work with us with payment method.

I couldn't be happier with this service. Roman, the owner, spoke with me directly and followed up via text with any questions that I had. He is always respectful, and very professional. He and his crew of about 4 girls came on time, with all of their own equipment and cleaning supplies, and cleaned every inch of my house. I had asked Roman about their special grout-cleaning service, but he told me to let them try with regular products and "elbow grease" before paying for any extra service. The tiles and grout came out super clean, and I really respect that he didn't upsell me unnecessarily. We had planned on only getting a spring cleaning, but we're so happy with the results that we've decided to hire Beyond Maids for biweekly service as well. We look forward to working with Roman and his company going forward!

Roman came over on Saturday morning late but did inform me ahead of time that he was running late. Starting working right away and did a great job. Floor tile came out amazing and and he even used dryers on the floors which was a detail I did not expect. I was impressed with his attention to detail and making sure all went well. Job well done ! Could not have been more pleased.

The team arrived on time, cleaned everything I requested. It was a tremendous relief to have everything cleaned and ready for the move into the house. I am hiring them to clean my own house too.

People livedthere 2 yrs with cats and apparently never cleaned. Beyond maids guaranteed we'd be Happy with the results. We were! Great job.

I first connected with Roman, he got back to me the same day I left a message. I sent him pictures of the apartment and he was able to estimate a price. Scheduled the day the same week and I met with his wife Ewa. She did an amazing job cleaning the apartment, the blinds and shower doors probably had never been cleaned by the tenant and she restored them to looking brand new. I felt she went above and beyond and stayed longer than anticipated. The price she gave me was, in my opinion, very fair for the work she did. I stopped in the house a few times during the day getting estimates and every time she was working very hard and doing an amazing job. I would definitely use them again and also would be quick to refer them to anyone. I am pleased with their level of service.

After reading good reviews, I decided to contact Beyond Maids, even though I noticed a couple of reviews saying they never heard back from anyone. Well, I never heard back from anyone either. I sent two email messages beginning over a week ago, giving enough time to respond to each. (I realize this is a very busy time of year.) Today I figured I'd just call the phone # and leave a message, but the voicemail is full! I understand people are busy, but just the courtesy of a response would be appreciated. It's not good customer service when people take advantage of good reviews and forget about new customers. I certainly don't want to make an appointment and then not be able to reach them. I didn't go as far as giving them an "F", just in case there's an emergency or something. If they can't back get to customers, Angie's List should have some kind of "out of office" they can set up that tells people they're closed or not making appointments for a certain amount of time, etc. If I knew they had this option and didn't use it, then I'd give them an "F".

I was very impressed by his promptness and professionalism. My floor came out great. It looked brand new! I plan on using them again for regular cleaning.

!After playing phone tag for a short time, I connected with Roman & his wife, Eva. Eva came & cleaned the entire house in one afternoon. She did an amazing job, I was very happy with the results. My shower & toilet bowls never looked so sparkling! I was most impressed that she treated my home as if it were her own. I look forward to a long term relationship with Beyond Maids on a biweekly basis.
