never received a return phone call after paying?

I never even received a call back for scheduling the service I purchased even after my own attempt to contact them via email and phone call/voice message.

I purchased a deal from Beyond Maids for window cleaning on 5/31/16 and to date I haven't received any contact from them. I have been a member with Angie's List since November 2015 and have purchased several deals. Each time I did so the provider contacted me immediately. I called customer service and requested a refund. If Beyond Maids doesn't want my business I will gladly find another company that does.

Kitchen is sparkling. Bathroom is extremely clean & also smelling clean. I saw her cleaning nesting tables in the Living Roomm. There are 2 tables under the larger table. I don't believe two of the tables were ever cleaned. I never thought of it myself. My desk was never so clean looking. The den was immaculate. She has a wonderful, charming personality. She excels in customer service. I guess you just have to keep trying to get Roman by texting him constantly. I stayed with it based on the reviews of his work.

They did great work whenever you could reach them. Very difficult to contact.

Roman was punctual, courtesy and professional. He let me know what he was going to do and did an excellent job. My wife was very happy with the results. would definitely use him again

I cannot review this Provider's performance since he did not do a job for me. I'm just responding to his lack of communication not the quality of his cleaning business.

Although a little late the woman assigned to the job did a fairly good job. Windows clean and shiny. Blinds soso I would not call them again because it was very difficult to get a response. The excuse was that this was really out of their area. They only come "once in a blue moon" My suggestion - in the future when a deal is advertised it should list the area served. There should also be a way to get in touch with the provider if you have any questions before buying the deal.

We hired Roman and his crew for our weekly cleaning. Our first deep clean went well, the team was efficient and I pointed out areas to Roman which needed additional cleaning, which he advised because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. We then hired the crew for our weekly cleaning. They are generally prompt and efficient. However, they would often forgot to clean certain areas (such as the tile in the shower), sink surfaces, and I would come home later to see a job incomplete. Roman is at times unresponsive to text messages. Ultimately, we switched cleaning services as one day, they simply did not show up. I called several times and texted to see what happened. No response for about a week. He said there was a miscommunication - which to given them the benefit of the doubt, is fine. But why wouldn't you respond to several phone calls and a text for a week? I found this unacceptable. We have a new cleaning service that is not as efficient or prompt, but is thorough and responsive.

Roman and his crew are fantastic. Professional and punctual every time they come to clean. Any little extras we ask for are all accommodated and Roman uses his own initiative on deciding extra things that should be done. Last time he and crew were at my home they cleaned screens and windows-completely unbidden! Fantastic service! We contracted with this provided to do a complete house cleaning prior to putting our house up for sale. They worked non-stop and we couldn't believe how clean they were able to get everything.

Never returned any calls for an appointment

Roman and his crew did an Amazing job on our "Move In" cleaning. A team of 6 arrived at my home on time and ready to work. Everyone knew their jobs and got to work right away. I was amazed at how fast, but efficient they were working. Roman was very friendly and accommodating of all my requests. He even was nice enough to give me cleaning tips and products that would make my life easier. He came with all the supplies and equipment which is nice since we had not moved in yet. They worked for a little over 2 hours and made our new home sparkle. I didn't even think it was possible to get the cooktop so clean. I must have talked to my husband for an hour at how impressed I was with everything. At first my husband and I thought they were expensive for a move in cleaning, but they were worth every penny! They saved me time by getting it done in about 2 hours and left me with no cleaning to do before we move in. I'm not in the area that they clean regularly, but hope to be able to get on the schedule at least once a month. Do yourself a favor if your moving and don't hesitate to book them! Roman and crew are our regular cleaning service. We decided to have him oower wash our side fence (white pvc) which had accumulated a lot of green stains over the years. He also power washed our front walkway made of bluestone. Over the course of a few hours, they worked out all the stains to satisfaction. I would recommend them for this job. thanks Roman

Contacted the provider and gave him several dates to perform the service. He contacted me and said that the dates in question were too far in advance to make a committment and that he would contact me further when closer to my requested dates. I hve never heard from him and have complained to Angies List. If he is too busy to accommodate new customers he should not be on the list. I will be requesting a refund.

Beyond Maids, Inc. was professional from the moment the owner, Roman, responded to my call (within a day). I was calling for an estimate for cleaning my home, and since he was familiar with my neighborhood and the homes in it from his other clients, he was able to give me an estimate over the phone just based on my description of my house. Setting up an appointment was easy and having them here that first time filled me with such confidence and satisfaction in my choice with Beyond Maids that I looked forward to the next visit. They were extremely respectful of my home, careful with my things, very professional and got right to work. It is amazing what they can accomplish in the time that they are here. Not only do they clean everything, but they leave things either in the place they were or better than they found it. It's like magic when I come into a room that I was a little embarrassed about with the clutter from having small children in the house, and not only did they do the job of cleaning the area, but things are put back in such a pleasing manner, like someone took the time to "make it look nice." It's the little things that show the effort and care that go into the pride they evidently take in their work. I like the fact that they bring their own canister vacuums that are emptied and left in a trash bag near my garage but I provide the cleaning supplies and rags. Again, it was all very easy: I was recommended a list of products that they use, and I could either purchase my own preferred products, or what they suggest, or they could purchase for me, and I could just reimburse. So easy. Also, the rags are really smart. They use, at their suggestion, white terry cloth rags that after the end of every cleaning are left for me near the washer. I bleach them and have them ready near the cleaning supplies for the next time they arrive. I love how their workflow is just so smart and efficient--very well thoughout. The owner, Roman, has been so helpful and accommodating with everything. I can honestly say I feel like I have a real, professional working relationship with him and his team. Anything that I need to request or specify is met with 100% reassurance and a positive attitude. I feel like the attitude and level of professionalism is so important and such an asset because you are having these people come into your home. I am often home when they are here, and everyone is always very pleasant and friendly. It just makes for an all around better experience. Beyond Maids, Inc. far exceeds the other experiences I have had in the past with other cleaning services. You actually feel like they care and give it their all. It's just so nice to have someone come in and do a good job, be pleasant and nice about it, and just feel like everyone is working together to achieve an overly satisfactory result. Roman has also been very helpful and forthcoming with recommendations for other services if there is something that they cannot do, for example, handy man types of jobs, etc., although so far there hasn't been anything that they haven't been able to take care of themselves. He's been a wealth of resources and just so helpful and accommodating. Their knowledge is really extensive in the types of services they can provide. I have already recommended Beyond Maids to my friends, and I am very happy with the services that they provide. I am very happy with my choice. Not only are they extremely professional but their level of knowledge and expertise is just what you want when you need to get the job done right. I found their pricing also to be very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about them. I've been a routine customer for a couple of months now, and I am always excessively pleased when they are done. When they leave, I breathe a sigh of relief because my home looks beautiful, and is clean to the same level of standards as if I were to do it myself (and that's saying a lot).

Roman and his team did an outstanding job cleaning the windows on my parent's house. They arrived on time and went strait to work. Th house absolutely sparkles now! I highly recommend Beyond Maids for anyone looking for a top-notch job!

I've been using Roman and his team for a few months now, and they've been great. They're punctual, responsive, and thorough. Roman brings a team of about 6 people every time he comes and they're done cleaning in one hour! Even though I gave them a "B" rating on price, it's only because I've never paid this much for cleaners before. However, I've come to not mind the cost. I've decided that I'd rather pay more and have cleaners in and out quickly than pay less and have people in my house for a few hours. (Both my husband an I work from home, so having people in the house is disruptive). They do a great job. The house is spotless when they're done which is no small feat since we have 3 kids under the age of 9.

Cleaned all windows in house including the French doors. The crew were all professional, fast and did a perfect job. I enjoyed seeing the waterfall method of cleaning the outside windows. They finished the job in a short period of time-just when I was ready to start dressing for the day of work. My office is in my home so they had to finish in time and they did..

Great. They have been cleaning this house for the past twelve months and they always do a great job. They are responsive to questions and are reliable and trustworthy. I continue to use them and have recommended them to other family and friends.
