We recently purchased a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home; the home had not been lived in for over a year and had accumulated a great deal of dust. The bathrooms in particular needed a thorough cleaning. I contacted Roman based on Angie's list reviews and received a quick response; they charged $35/hr/per person (3 person team; which was comparable to other companies that I had looked at); I chose beyond maids mainly b/c we had deadline for the move and they were able to schedule us in that weekend. The entire cleaning took 5 hours to complete as the bathrooms took much longer than expected. I have to say, the girls were excellent. They were extremely hardworking and very professional. Roman joined them during the last hour and a half to help as the project was larger than we had initially expected; The house looked remarkably cleaner after their work. Overall, it was a positive experience, I would definitely recommend them.

Roman did a great job. My kitchen tile looks like new. I never thought it could get this clean after so many years.

I have two bedrooms that had significant carpet staining due to carpet age, high traffic, and multiple pets (who sometimes forget where the litter box is!). Roman returned my call the same day, and was at my house the next day. I was unable to be there, but had someone leave the door unlocked for him. He contacted me when he got to the house, and told me when he was leaving and confirmed that he had locked up. The carpets were in BAD shape before, and amazing shape afterwards. He was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, and the quality of the job was excellent. I highly recommend him!

The overall process from purchase to the delivery of the service was great. I felt comfortable even though I had not used them before because it was through Angies list and they are vetted already based on existing reviews. I would recommend Beyond Maids for the services they offer.

I recently bought my brothers house where I was renting the upstairs while he was living downstairs. Now that I owned the house I was moving downstairs to the larger living space while he was moving to the upstairs until his new house is completed. As my brother is the eternal bachelor and does not even own a vacuum or bottle of windex and lives with his 11 year old son it is safe to say the house was quite dirty so I was looking for a cleaning company to take care of the carpets in 2 bedrooms and the tile / grout in a large kitchen, hallway and bathroom. I also needed the kitchen and bathroom cleaned from top to bottom. I called and spoke to Roman who was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote for the services I enquired about. I had a specific date I needed the work to be done which was Nov 17th which was not a problem. Roman, his wife and another woman arrived on time, were extremely polite and professional and did a fantastic job with all services required. They were done in about 3 1/2 hours and after they were finished I could not even believe I was in the same house. That is how good a job they did. When my brother moves out of the upstairs of the house I would absolutely use them again

After reading some good reviews on Beyond Maids we decided to give them a shot, they offer all the services we need which makes it convenient. Besides great quality of work what we liked most was that when the owner Roman arrived for an estimate he gave us prices for what we wanted done in writing and there were a few options like carpet protector, grout sealer, moving furniture or not etc plus he answered all the questions we had about what gets done and what does not in house cleaning, then we were given time to make our decision and when we selected just the basic deep cleaning he never tried any pressure sales. We are now on biweekly housecleaning schedule and recommend this company to our friends and family, the owner Roman is very easy to deal with, the only odd thing but pretty convenient i guess is that he prefers when we text or email him instead of calling him.

With two children, a third on the way, and both my wife and I working full time we decided it was finally time to give in and hire a housecleaner. Since this was our first experience with a housecleaner we were very unsure of what to expect or how it would go. We went to Angie's List to try and pick out a provider and we are very happy that we selected Beyond Maids. I visited their website and texted Roman the pertinent details and asked him to stop by for a quote. Even though I made him jump through some hoops with scheduling (I travel for work), Roman was diligent about responding to my texts and finally we made a date and time that we could walk through the house together. After agreeing on a price for the initial "deep clean" and reviewing some details of the service we set a date. My wife and I did not know exactly what to expect when we came home that night but we could not have been happier. Roman's team did an amazing job giving a thorough scrubbing to a house that really needed it. This included moving and vacuuming underneath all the furniture, dusting all the surfaces, scrubbing the floors, and they even cleaned the crumbs out of the toaster. Once we saw the attention to detail of the initial clean we were very confident in continuing to use Beyond Maids for our regular bi-weekly service. Thanks again to Roman and his team and we are really enjoying our new, very clean house.

I am so happy that I found Roman and his team on Angie's List. Beginning with the opening communication with Roman, everything has been so prompt, courteous, and professional. I hired his team to start cleaning my house when I returned to work after having a baby. I just couldn't keep up with the housecleaning, and I figured that even if a cleaner didn't clean as well as I did, my house would still be cleaner than my not cleaning at all. Well, I didn't have to worry about the cleaner not cleaning as well, because Roman and his team cleaned much better than I ever did! They are so fast, but are able to clean every corner, crevice, and surface of the house. The carpets, tiles, hardwood, appliances, cabinet, bathrooms, tables, bookshelves, under furniture....literally every surface of the house. They use all my normal cleaning products, but leave my house gleaming better than I would. I have had a normal bi-weekly cleaning since the initial cleaning and am still so pleased with how clean they make my house. I interviewed other cleaners, but I didn't like the idea of having one person in my house for 4 hours every other week. Roman's team of 4 (including Roman) works hard for 1 hour, and saves me hours and hours of time that I could be spending with my family or doing other household things. I highly, highly recommend this hard-working, thorough, trustworthy, professional service.

It's funny how they say under their web address that they "guarantee" a response within 2 Business hours . Well, 2 hours became 3 days. What are they exactly guaranteeing? I contacted them aug 9th and they emailed me back aug 12.

Couldent be better. This company is great and we did not even have a recommendation other then Angies List. We were very pleased.

They do more than just carpets. They are very punctual and quick. They are not expensive. I can't say anything bad about these people.

A free estimate was provided prior to service. We scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning. Beyond Maids does a wonderful job. I am very impressed with the courtesy, price and overall quality of ther work. The best carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Beyond Maids.

Roman and his crew were punctual, professional, and did a terrific job cleaning! We have had a cleaning person in the past, and Roman & company far exceeded her. My husband and I marveled at the thoroughness and detail to their cleaning.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I have used other house cleaners in the past. Beyond Maids is the best. I highly recommend this service.

I am just turning 9 months pregnant and just couldn't clean anymore. I am SO glad I found Roman and his team. They cleaned my house top to bottom in 1.5 hours going above and beyond my expectations.
