Kathy, the owner, came personally to provide a quote, and it was lower than the two other quotes we got. She took the time to answer all of our questions and make recommendations. On the morning of the installation, she came to make sure the installers knew exactly what we wanted, and they did an excellent job. Thank you!!

Kathy - the owner of Angel Fence and Railing is great! She knows the business inside out. She knows a lot about the different types of fences as well as the companies that manufacture them. She knows everything that needs to be done to comply with local permit requirements. Kathy was always on time for our appointments, but the installers did arrive later than expected each time. Initially I only had fencing installed from the front of the house back, enclosing the back and (minimal) side yards, with gates on either side of the house. The decorative part of the fence is 2" beige diagonal lattice and the remaining areas are black chain link. Then I changed the 4' lattice gate to a 6' lattice gate, and added another two small sections of lattice fence on the south side of the house. Next, I added some lattice fence on the north side, coming forward from the front of the house. And finally, I added shorter lattice panels from the front of the house forward to the property line. (I always thought the property line was the sidewalk - but no! It actually ends about one foot onto my lawn.) I LOVE my fence! All installations were expertly done. They are even across the top and look great! In places where the ground was markedly uneven, they added fillers. (I did not like the way it looked when there was a big space under two sections of the [lattice] fence, so Kathy offered the fillers as an alternative.) The price listed is a total of all work done (4 visits in all). I had never done anything like this before and I had a lot of questions. Kathy spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions with a smile. I highly recommend Kathy - Angel Fence and Railing! FYI - As with most (or all?) fence companies, they do not take away the dirt that is dug up when the fence posts are being placed. Just be aware that this is what happens. It can be a considerable amount of dirt you'll have to get rid of.

They took out the old fence and put up a new spruce scockade fence. They were the best price around and they worked very clean. They were very careful to not damage any landscaping. They are licensed and have a 5 year guarantee.
