lawn service, lawn mower repair
+ 0 moreI called this company do do an annual servicing. I specifically asked that they look into and fix a problem with the front right tire. When they returned it not only was the price 35% higher than i expected it to be, but didn't fix they tire problem. I asked why not and they said they couldn't. When I said that i specifically asked that that be fixed I received 3 different evasive answers like drive slower and don't turn so sharp. I talked to someone on 2 separate occasions and received no help at all. I simply don't know why they wouldn't repair it when I specifically asked about that issue before i agreed to let them do the annual work. Very dissatisfied.
Description of Work: Repair front tire problem and do an annual servicing. They knew about the tire issue before I agreed to have them do the annual service. They did not fix the tire problem.
