It is very well. They come when they say they were going to come and do a good job in cleaning up. Carl is always checking on them if he is not here himself and making sure everything was done right. They just do a good job.

We have a large vacant lot behind our house and were looking for someone to cut grass/weeds and do some landscaping. Krellcad was one of several companies contacted and the only one to return our call quickly. ( I do realize we called in the beginning of spring and i'm sure this was a busy time for all the companies). Carl came out and looked at our lot and suggested we start with the cutting so grass/weeds didn't overtake our lot. Also suggested we do landscapinging slowly, as would cost a lot to do all at once. Stated he could cut once a week and could start the following Friday. We had no contract, just a verbal agreement. We also wanted bush cut down at the end of our lot, and were given a price for that as well. (That price was for cleaning the lot up and removal of bush). Guys came out on a Wednesday and spent several hours cleaning lot. Bush was not cut down as Carl stated it was a tough bush an he would have guys come back and do this a little later. Came out on Friday and cut grass as promised. Next week came and no cutting happened. Called Carl who stated he thought he was to do cutting every other week, which he stated could be done and save us some money in the meantime. When asked aout the bush getting cut down, stated he was still going to do this as we had paid ( we paid for the cleaning and bush removal as it was on the same bill). Guys came out to cut the grass/weeds the following week, as promised, but did not eremove bush, as promised. Guy came out the following second week for the third cut. In the meantime, I had called carl as we were looking for some dirt to be placed at the end of our lot closest to our house and carl gave me a price. Caled him back a few days later and stated yes, we would go ahead with the dirt at teh proce quoted. He stated it would take approximately 1 month (mid June) as he had lots of jobs ahead of this. Stated that would be Okay with us. Have not heard or seen guys coming out to cut, bush never removed and no word on dirt delivery. I got frustrated, and started to cut bush out myself. Thankfully, we had Funk Lawncare come out and spray the lot, which has kept most of the weeds under control. I am very sorry that I told a few of the other companies I had contacted that we had someone already to do this job.

I had planned only on leveling off the side yard and planting grass wherever there were patches. However the owner (Karl) suggested that we do landscaping (bulild-up, bushes, ornamental rocks and mulch) where a very large pine tree had been removed. He described what he envisioned and drew the general shape of what the final results would be on his proposal. When I first saw the results I was extremely disappointed because I felt the shape was not anywhere close to how I understood it would be, or to the picture Karl drew. I called immediately and told Karl that I was not pleased with the landscaping. I have to say that Karl's reaction and response have sold me on KrellCad for life. Firstly, let me make it clear that I was disappointed in the shape of the final product. The bushes and rocks were beautiful and the workmanship was excellent (for everything that was done) and I made that clear to Karl. His very first reaction, and it felt entirely genuine, was disappointment that I wasn't absolutely thrilled with the results. He felt that he had described to me what he envisioned, but took full responsibility, because whatever he described isnt't what I envisioned. I'm sure I bear some of the responsibility as well, because I generally want a very specific proposal, and in fact, asked him to draw out a map of our yard and label everywhere he would be doing repiar work. So if the final product wasn't what I expected, I failed to make sure I understood what his plan was. In any case, it seems that Karl comes from 'the customer is always right' school of thought, because he came back and reshaped the area, made some other minor adjustments and came up with a look that I am very happy with. I have some additional work I'm hoping to have done in the spring. I will not hesitate to call Karl, and I will be singing his praises to anyone who listens. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with KrellCad Landscaping.

They were so quiet. I didn't even know that there was a man outside of my house at 7:30 in the morning. He was very, very professional, he listened to what I wanted, instead of just trying to just force on me what he wanted to do. It's just an amazing company.

It went very well. They were also reasonably priced. They came in, gave me an estimate, and did the work within a week.

The project involved a great deal of hand work; both he and his crew worked meticulously to ensure that the job was done properly. They dealt with unforeseen problems (buried tree stumps, etc.) right in stride. He used quality materials - shredded top soil, grass seed blend, starter fertilizer and covered the entire lot with peat moss. We are impressed with how quickly and uniformly the grass came up and the overall excellent quality of the job. We would highly recommend Krellcad Landscaping for any job, big or small.

Karl came out and immediately started to draw our house on a big pad and described his vision, and what a vision it was! Out of the 7 landscape designers, he was the only one that really listened to what I was asking for. His workers showed up on time, even a little early, and stayed until they could do no more for that day. The whole job took 3 days to complete. It was better than I could have even imagined. Everything was beautiful and there wasn't even a twig left on the ground. His crew were always polite and professional, and went above and beyond. We now have the prettiest house on the street and one neighbor has already said she's calling him next year. If you want a professional job done, call Karl.
