Very impressed! I wasn't sure who to hire and trust because due to my work schedule, I knew I wasn't able to stay for the entire inspection and I would have to leave them and my realtor. I finally went with a recommendation from a coworker that had the same issue last year, only being able to stay for the first hour or so. James was already there when I showed up. Knowing I needed to leave, he went through everything that he was going to do that day and assured me I would have all the information needed to help with my closing. He is very professional, knowledgeable and funny! After meeting him you say, 'this IS the guy I want doing my inspection!' My first relief came when my realtor called me to say she herself, was really impressed with how he conducted the inspection (as she's been through many). Then much to my surprise, when we met a few days later I was not only provided a report, but a CD of pictures that corresponded to the report! He even wrote on some of the pictures using his computer when there was something he wanted to point out. I'm currently using the pictures to show family members (the work I'm hoping they can help me out with) and I'm also using the pictures to secure estimates for the things I can't do myself. I would never recommend an inspection that doesn't come with a picture CD. You have no idea how helpful this is. I highly recommend James/Brookside Home Inspections!
