+ -1 moreBought a Groupon in January. Had to call 6 times to even get a person to speak to. Couldn't get an appointment until March 21. March 21 comes and they never show up. 3 calls and an email and still no call. Completely unprofessional. Will never let them in my house... Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
Description of Work: Supposed to clean my house...if they ever planned on showing up

+ -1 moreExcellent team !!!! I called them 1 day before the "Jan-Blizzard 2015", and they came right on time to clean up my driveway, walkway and side walk. They priced the job very reasonably and were plainly perfect in all the stuff they did. Extremely polite folks. These guys are now on my contact list for repeat calls and future referrals.

Description of Work: I order two groupon for one 2 hour cleaning sessions. I called 8 times. Groupon called three times. Left two messages. Need cleaning for a move. Never called once . Called three weeks in advance. Answering machine is cell phone. Cell phone box is usually full
