+ -1 more1st time as a new costumer, WORST service ever!!!!! if I could leave 0 stars I would leave it!! A young guy came to do my oil burner tune up and broke the Handle of the mixing water valve leaving my house with NO hot water. I called the owner Paul very polite to ask for solutions and he was so rude , nasty disrespectful and unprofessional denying that the other guy broke it!!! Wanted to charge me 600$ for a new valve!!! Said the valve was rotten when it WAS NOT . It was working perfectly before he broke it! And then He hung up the phone on me. DO NOT call him these are the type of businesses that would go into your home make damage and then charge you to “fix it”. I have everything recorded! WORST service ever!!!!

+ 0 moreThey are very professional and I've used them for years to do the oil cleaning. I had a problem with the gauge and have been unable to get them back out to look at it.
Description of Work: Cleaned the burners and replaced a gauge on my oil tank.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive. They arrived to do the service in the time frame they estimated. The men were very pleasant and professional. We felt they did a thorough job and were concerned about getting the heat restored on a very frigid night. We felt the price was fair for the time of day and emergency nature of the service. We would definitely use them again.
