Job done in a couple of hours.

Two guys arrived in a timely fashion and spent about 45-60 minutes on annual tuneup for furnace and boiler. They were very thorough in my estimation and system seems to be humming nicely.

Oil burner was leaking oil. The service men arrived promptly and tried to diagnose problem. They were clean and respectful. Although it took a two times to find exact cause, it has been functioning well.

They responded ,arrived and repaired my heating system within a 3 hour time frame. And this was the day following a major snow storm. They were fast,neat,reasonably priced and professional.

He had to come out 3 separate times. When they recommend things, I would just say okay do it. They had to come out a 2nd time to install a check value. Then I noticed the heat just wasn't working right. I thought it was the thermostats because they were old and they installed 2 digital thermostats for $300.00. No one showed me how to use them just gave me the manual. Now the burner is just constantly running, the heat only works for upstairs or downstairs, not constantly for both. Now my hot water isn't getting hot upstairs.The wife said it was just a plumbing issue. Now he is not responding to my phone calls. I paid for services, I think I deserve a call back.

The technician arrived on time. Polite. Professional. Concerned about getting carpets dirty. Tune up was fast. Price was very good.

His staff has been very responsive and timely since Sandy. They have helped me out tremendously. They made weeknight visits and weekend visits.

G Hafner's service was courtious and professional from the inital phone conversation. They worked around my schedule, made an appointment within a two hour window and were here promptly. Service techs were courtious ,knowlegeable and their price was more than fair.

I have used George Hafner for several years now. His team is very responsive and professional. Even during the midst of Hurricane Sandy I was able to get someone to come and service my boiler within an hour! The boiler was not firing and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no charge since it was covered by the service contract. I found that their service contract covers much more than most. Since George Hafter only provides service and does not sell oil, I am not locked into an oil contract and can shop around for the best oil prices. This has save me some serious $$

In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, with extensive power and phone outages, I was happy they were able to come as soon as they did. The two men who were here were quite pleasant and professional. They cleaned up afterwards, leaving nothing behind. Even freshened the air! I do believe I would call them again should a need arise.

There was a noise coming from my burner and it was constantly on. I called Hanfer and was told there was a ninty five dollar charge just to come, I said okay. The man came and said that the reason the burner was constantly running is because there was a leak in the pipe in the crawl space. He could not look because there was two feet of water and he left. I called back again when the water receded and was told that there would be another ninty five dollar charge. I told them not to come and called Prestige Heating.
