Frank's Painting

It started with the install of crown molding in 3 rooms that involved moving air conditioning vents in the ceiling to allow the molding to be installed, the workers were fast, accurate and clean. Then the painters arrived right on time (3 of them for 4 days) as well as the owner Frank who came to make sure we had no question or problems. They moved and covered all of the furniture and covered the floors with drop cloths. Skin coat, repaired cracks, filled nail holes. Sanded walls and ceiling then paint the way it should be done, they came at 800 AM and finished the day at 430 PM. Clean,professional and polite. Will hire again in a heartbeat.

Superior results! When I first started getting estimates, I was surprised at how high they all were. My husband and I always did our own painting (except for one time a few years ago when we hired a pro and it did not go well at all). After talking with Frank, I began to appreciate how labor intensive the work was so I accepted the fact that this is what it costs. His estimate was not the lowest but he inspired confidence and was very professional and responsive from the start. I wanted the work done, I wanted it done right, and I didn't want to do it myself anymore, For eight days, there were either three or four painters here. My 23 year-old heavy, solid oak kitchen cabinets were in very good shape but I wanted to change them from whitewashed oak to white to give them a new look.. There are 32 of them so this alone was a big job. They honestly look brand new now. The painter in charge of the crew, Alfredo, was a craftsman. His prep work was meticulous; he taped and spackled all of the walls beautifully. He even inserted rows of screws in the sheet rock in places where nails had popped up over the years. The walls look very smooth now and are free from the many imperfections that were visible in the walls of our 65 year-old house. My brick fireplace is now painted a creamy white and it looks terrific. I am very happy with the results. I can recommend Frank's Painting without reservation and I will definitely use them again.

Frank's painting did a great job. The estimate was fair for the work required. We needed kitchen wallpaper removed and the walls skim coated and then painted.The estimated time for the work was 4 days. Carlos showed up around 8:00am each day and was usually done between 4:30 and 5:00 except for the last day when an associate joined him. The final day was a bit longer and was completed by about 6:30. The walls were skim coated and sanded so as to provide a nice smooth wall for painting The actual painting was done about as close to perfect as possible and we are very happy with the results. Cleanup was very good considering how much dust is generated in the sanding process. The final cost was right on the estimate both in time and final costs. Great job and we will definitely use Frank's again for any painting needs.

This is the fourth time we have used Frank's, which speaks for itself. Wonderful craftsmanship, neat, reliable, meticulous clean-up, fairly priced. Frank is always available to answer any questions or address any issues. A very customer oriented business.

The work required was more than I anticipated so I had to add an extra day. Frank gave me the extra day at the same price and it was worth it. The painter did s great job

From when I first contacted Frank via email on Angie's List, he responded very professionally and promptly. In all honesty, I wast on the bubble if I would hire a painter, or do the work myself. I needed an idea on price to really make the decision. After the estimate given, I realized it was worth the money to hire Frank. He supplied all the paint, supplies, and labor and the results were amazing. His crew totally transformed my home, and they were so courteous and clean. They made sure to vacuum everything up and you could not tell that I had them in the home. Besides the great pricing and professional crew, Frank under-promised and over-delivered. I thought I had a 2-day project based on how large the rooms were, but they got the job done in a single day. You cannot go wrong with Frank and I certainly will use him again for my other rooms.

The team was very nice. They were always very punctual, clean and professional. At the end of every work day they made sure they cleaned all spaces that they’d worked in, which was great considering how much sanding they had to do.

Excellently! Frank sent a team of five who arrived as promised and completed the work in ONE day,including some crack repair. They did the trim work to perfection. I was also impressed by the care with which they moved my heavy furniture and restored it to place at the end of the day. The paint job is outstanding and I will definitely call them for future projects.

The project was a great experience from start to finish! Frank and his staff responded promptly and respected our time. Telephone and email communications were clear and concise. The estimate was consistent with others we'd been given, and the final price was very close to that number. Alfonzo showed up on time when promised, worked diligently and efficiently, and produced an absolutely beautiful outcome—the room has never looked so good! He rebuilt the ceiling in a day, then returned to paint the next day. He was extremely neat, protecting the work area and passageways carefully, and leaving the house spotless. Recommend highly, and will be counting on Frank and his crew for all future paint and plaster needs!

Frank's Painting did a great job. This is the second time we've used them. The first time was for our Family room, Upstairs Hallway & the walls along the stairs. Both times they did a fantastic job. We had some repairs on the walls and some crown molding put up which looks great. Also had moulding put around the doorways which also looks great. The crew always left the area clean & tidy at the end of the day. Work was finished on time. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

We hired Frank’s Painting to paint a small bathroom that we had just renovated. Our painter Carlos was punctual, courteous and meticulous. A perfect job. The owner Frank Oliveri was incredibly responsive to our inquiry and treated this small job with the same respect he would have given to a much bigger project. We just purchased our first home and the interior needed to be painted. We also wanted it to look great. Based on reviews my wife and I decided to hire Franks painting.
