The project went beautifully!

An old built-in TV and stereo cabinet along with a built-in bar cabinet were remove and the walls were sheet rocked. A new liquor closet was made and shelving was built into the wall to act as an entertainment center. The walls were painted, new molding placed and two new 6-panel doors were installed. The quality of the work was excellent and clean. They also corrected a problem I was having with a leak in some of my outside doors in my den for which I had paid a prior handyman to repair but couldn't. I would definitely recommend Frank's Painting. My daughter will be using them soon to paint her new house.

Excellent work. Totally satisfied with work and men doing the painting. I would not hesitate to refer Frank's Painting to all my friends. Frank was a pleasure to deal with and made it easy to explain what I wanted and gave advice in best way to perform job. My dining room and kitchen looked brand new after painting. They removed previous paper and walls looked smooth and new.

Frank responded to my initial telephone call within several hours and we arranged a date and time for him to see the job. Frank arrived promptly to see the job and provided a written estimate for the work before he left. He was not shy to offer his opinion of what should and should not be done, while at the same time not pushing any product or service. The quote he provided was fair and he was able to provide a reasonable start date. His employees were prompt, courteous and very clean. The work was excellent - the plaster walls and ceiling (which were filled with cracks and shoddy work from the previous owners) looked new after Frank's men completed the work. The paint job was impeccable. We had one misunderstanding regarding the work (whether a large radiator was to be painted). When I called Frank after his workers left, he said it was not included with the price (if it was baseboard it would have been included). But, because it was a misunderstanding and he understood that I thought it was included, he offered (without any prompting from me) to send someone to paint it the next day (Saturday) - no charge. My husband, who is very particular, was incredibly impressed with the workmanship and the cleanliness. We have suggested Frank's Painting to others and would hire him again.

Went very well, but painter painted over some scotch tape on the walls and ceiling rather than removing it first. Perhaps he didn't notice...Very neat and thorough, otherwise.

Spoke to frank the owner and told him what I needed. He have me a very fair quote over the phone Agreed to the price and scheduled a day. Frank called me the morning of the day to let me know the painter was on his way. When he arrived showed him the bathroom and he went right to work. Work was completed and done very professionally Would use them again great work

The whole experience was very good. I have a small, oddly configured kitchen, with four doorways and a number of windows. Not a big job, but since I'm in the time-consuming process of refinishing the cabinets myself, I just didn't feel up to repainting everything else, too. I provided the paint for the walls, and the painter came with paint for the ceiling and trim. The painter arrived right on time. We talked a little about what was being done, and he got started. It was an all-day job - 8 am to 5:30 pm. Alfredo, was polite and professional and worked very neatly. I felt completely comfortable having him in my house. I should mention that I twisted my ankle that afternoon, and left Alfredo painting while a friend took me to the emergency room. The friend went back to my house while Alfredo finished up. The timing was perfect - emergency rooms always seem to be about 3 hrs - Alfredo wrapped things up as I was being discharged. My foot is fractured, but my kitchen looks terrific!!

What a total joy it was to work with Frank's Painting. Everything I asked for was completed to my ultimate satisfaction. From my first phone call for an estimate to the completion of the work was done in a prompt and professional manner. Pedro was an artisan when it came to all facets of work done in both kitchen and bathroom - he took pride in his work and it showed. I am looking forward to future projects as I have the confidence in Frank and his company and will definitely recommend Frank's Painting to family and friends.

From start to finish, Frank and his employees were amazing. He has delivered on everything that he promised. While he was not the least expensive, it was worth every penny; you definitely get what you pay for. His employees were professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and extremely hard working. They were here for a little over two weeks, and with the exception of Sunday, they arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled and worked consistently until 5pm. While here, they were extremely receptive to our requests and incredibly respectful of our home. They did not leave nor did they stop working until everything was perfect and we were completely satisfied. Frank was, and still is, always available to answer any questions or concerns. Should we need this type of work done in the future, we would definitely call him back and highly recommend him to our friends and family.

We had 3 separate painting contractors come in and give us estimates regarding the work to be performed and the cost to paint all of the interior rooms of our brand new house. Frank was on-time for his appointment and took plenty of time to walk through the entire space, give his thoughts on how the work would be done, and provided us with a timely estimate. Frank's crew started the work when promised and completed within the service window we discussed. His crew was knowledgable, hard-working, and thorough. They also cleaned up when they left. Frank also left us the unused paint. All of the rooms looked fantastic. We've been in the house for more than a month, and haven't had any problems. Frank was also spot on with his budget. We paid exactly what we had agreed at the outset. A great job.

Frank did everything he promised us and more! His painter, Henry, showed up on time and went right to work. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The best was that he was very, very clean! I will recommend Frank's painting to anyone that asks.

Frank gave a wonderful presentation, we looked at references and samples of his work and they are top notch, plus he is very nice. I definitely would hire him in the future!

This was a big job. We had a 3 or 4 man crew for almost 2 weeks in the house. The team always showed up on time - 8am on the dot - every morning. They were polite, neat and cleaned up after themselves every day. The covered all floors and kitchen materials so they could be protected. We were on a tight timetable and when the builder started adding items to the job, such as a new bench in the kitchen and a new front door, the team jumped on them without asking or giving me a hard time about not being in the original quote/work order. To stay on schedule - the team even came in two weekends (both Sat & Sun) to make sure the job was finished on time. The team was also incredibly trustworthy. They had access to the full house; from the kitchen to the bedrooms, and I felt comfortable leaving them there. Everyday the foreman gave me an overview of what they completed and what they still had to do. I'm really happy I found these guys through the GC we were using. The work quality was also great. They had to do a ton of prep and cutting around new walls and molding. The owner, Frank, was also very easily reachable. Very much enjoyed having them work on my home.

The crew was here every morning at 8AM sharp. My husband was home while the work was being done and he was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. When we looked at the reviews, we focused on what people said about how clean the painter worked. The 3 rooms were all newly remodeled and we didn't want be cleaning paint off the new floors and fixtures. I was more interested in neatness than speed. The crew moved everything into the middle of the rooms and placed drop cloths over everything, including the floors while they painted. When they left for the day, they uncovered the appliances and counters in the kitchen so we were able to have our morning coffee which was great. Even though the house isn't big, there are a lot of windows and doors to paint around. There was also a lot of molding to poly-urethane (in my opinion anyway!). I really didn't believe it when they said they were going to finish in 4 days but everyday when I came home from work, there was amazing progress. This team worked non stop and got the job done when they promised. There were no hassles or drama with Frank's painting. The crew took care of any questions or concerns we had. They fixed a few minor spots that didn't come out right without a problem . We are very happy with the results and would use Frank's again.

Frank comes and checks out the job and gives his estimate. He has always been fair with this. He and his workers are prompt and hard working. They work steady and neat. When they are done they clean up and ask if you are satisfied with the job. I think you would be very pleased with Frank and his crew.

Very fine work. Used Benjamin Moore finast paint. Clean, neat, four man crew. Would like to have paid less, but, oh well.

The work was the highest quality, all the people were courteous, on time and respectful of the house and furniture. There were no add on changes & all was done on time!

Frank's Painting did a great job. He and his crew were very professional, on time and cleaned up each day very nicely. He was careful and respectful of my home and the people here. He was pleasant and meticulous about details and left no paint spots or splatters. He used Benjamin Moore paint. I can't tell you the price because it was done in so many different parts. His was the best estimate and he was true to his estimate and finished even faster than he said he would.
