The two men who came to the house to paint from the start were extremely professional....even though the painting was all being done several levels up from the entry foyer they covered all starcases with tarp and in the rooms that were being painted they covered every part of the room to prevent the paint from ruining any counters or floors....Their work was meticulous and the rooms came out great! They worked for three days and always arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving each evening. I would 100% without hesitation recommend Franks Painting to anyone and will definitely be using his company again! Donna Kent

Professional job. I was extremely pleased with all phases of work. Painter was meticulous, covered all floors from the entrance of the house to the bedroom. Frank contacted us a week before the job began to go over the details & confirm everything. His 3-4 man crew (Pedro was the foreman and was there every day) was on time every day and always left our home clean and organized at the end of the day. they always kept us in the loop when things came up and asked for our opinion before doing any work that wasn't specifically mentioned prior. Frank anticipated the job would run from Monday through Saturday, and that's exactly how long it took - even when unanticipated things cropped up (the living room walls & ceilings had huge gaps of separation after they took the molding off, but Pedro wasn't concerned about repairing it and explained how they would do it). When we had questions or concerns, Frank was more than responsive - we called him about 7 times that week asking for help, and each time left a message on his cell which he returned no more that 30 minutes later. From the beginning, Frank promised us personally that the price he quoted on the estimate would be the price we pay; however, we made a mistake when the contract was originally drafted and forgot to include moldings for two of the rooms... Frank worked with us and not only handled the change in stride but readjusted the estimate so that we didn';t have to pay too much more than the original price. Frank's crew was respectable & personable: very conscientious of our family's space and needs. As stated, they spent at least 30 minutes every day at the end of their shift vacuuming, stacking their equipment in an area where it wasn't intrusive, and asking us to look around and make sure we were (a) OK with the progress of their work and (b) if we had any questions or concerns. Frank is very proud of his business & reputation, and it's very obvious that he respects his customers. We would highly recommend using his services, and we will definitely call them again in the future when we want to redo our kitchen & bedrooms.

It was ok. They did a very nice job. They finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up when they were finished. Two painters came out.

Frank is both a complete professional and pleasant person to deal with. His team came to our home and painted our living room and bedroom with perfection. Frank also squeezed us in his busy weekend schedule, knowing that the rooms needed to be painted before my wife and I moved in on a Monday. We highly recommend using his services.

Frank's two (2) painters arrived on time. They were very nice. Set-up the rooms and hallway with drop cloths. Henry, Frank's lead painter, reviewed the set-up of the room colors with me. Prior to them arriving, I made sure both rooms were cleaned out with minimum furniture so it is easier for the painters to work. Then they spackled, and painted all day. They did the trim, walls, ceiling and windows. The rooms came out beautiful. I am so happy with their work. What a difference with professional paints as opposed to you doing the work. It's well worth it. I would definitely use them again.

I was not able to use this provider, but he gave me an honest, reasonable quote. I expect to use this company in the future. It is quite obvious that this company runs a quality service.

I would never have this company come if you live in an expensive neighborhood. You will get the usual price gauging. I told him we wanted to put a coat of Deckover paint to get the summer out of the deck. I told him that we are tearing it up next spring. Then I emphatically stated that we did not want to spend a lot. Also that we bought the paint so do not factor that in. He seemed so nice and sweet. Then I got the estimate. He wanted to charge us APPROXIMATELY 2500.00 and that could increase WITHOUT THE PAINT IN THE PRICE! Here is the ridiculous part - he was charging me for 6 to 8 guys to come for two days!!! What are that many guys going to do on a deck??? Paint a 5 foot by 5 foot section and spin in circles? This was an insult and disgusting. I would never try to take advantage of someone that way. By the way, my husband painted the deck himself in a total of 12 hours!!!!!! Do not have him come if you live in an expensive area. He will try to gauge your eyes out.

Frank's team is unbelievable. They are so meticulous and exact. We were so happy with them that we are having them come back to re-paint our entire first floor (they're actually here as I write this). They arrived at the house at 8am sharp, they moved all furniture, covered the floor, covered the furniture with plastic and taped all necessary areas...and this was by 8:45am. They are quick. The guys were a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us. We were amazed at how straight they made the paint lines look (the room was painted two-tone so we could install a chair rail). The room came out beyond amazing. Frank and his team are the best that I've used to date, and I've used a ton of painters over the years. Thank you so much for the wonderful job!!!

It was the best job I had done in the house in 36 years. They were terrific and the price was lower than the other 3 estimates. I'm sorry I did not use them in 2011 when I had the exterior done. I did not know of Frank then. Meanwhile the exterior job paint job is peeling all over. I'm not sure I'm allowed to mention the other painters.

Franks crew came as expected and did a nice job. I gave a "B" on the price, because of the way the estimate was given to me - it was based on a daily rate, per guy, to finish the job. They got it done a day earlier but yet were inflexible about taking "2 days worth of pay" for the job, versus 3. So, when you do the math they got $400 a day, versus the initial quote of $285 per guy. Nonetheless, we were happy with the outcome. It looks amazing, the crew was very neat and respectful of my home and it was very appreciated.

Before we hired Frank's Painting, we interviewed about 10 different painting companies as we had gone through a nightmare ordeal with a previous contractor. Some of the painting companies we met quoted extremely high prices for the work to be done, others quoted extremely low prices, for which we were wary, and some others gave us quotes for only part of the work. We were skeptical of contractors prior to hiring Frank's Painting as previous contractors had breached their contracts and our trust. Frank seemed different. Frank instilled in us a level of trust that we did not get from other painting companies. Additionally, not only was his quote the most comprehensive and reasonable, but Frank also assured us that his employees work full-time for his company and are not day workers hired for the job, which gave us some level of comfort as we had hired a painter before who used day workers who had no idea of how to properly prep and paint a house, resulting in a very shoddy paint job that we had to redo. Accordingly, we chose Frank's Painting for the job. We were very happy with the work ethics of his foreman and team. They arrived promptly every day, were respectful, trustworthy, and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day and at the end of the job. Frank epitomized the difference between a professional and non-professional painter as his team was meticulous to details, properly prepped the surfaces for painting by sanding and spackling where needed to smooth the surfaces and fill in hole where previous painters neglected to do this crucial step, and painted the surfaces without bleeding the wall paint into the ceiling paint and vice versa as previous painters had done, cleaned up the dust from the sanding and painting rather than leaving our house a gigantic mess as was done by previous painters, and used drop cloths to protect the furniture and taped up the outlets and fixtures rather than dropping paint all over the floor and fixtures and windows as was also done by previous painters. We were overall delighted with the results, and although the overall amount paid was not insignificant, we felt it was an investment as the beautiful paint job did wonders for our house. We never thought a professional paint job could make such a huge difference, but it did, thanks to Frank's Painting. Thank you, Frank and team, for a wonderful job and a great experience. You give contractors a good name!

He was excellent and very knowledgeable. He seemed genuine and honest.

The job was done very professionally and. The walls, ceiling and woodwork were repaired and the paint job was done neatly and looks great. They were very careful in covering the rugs and furniture and there were no mishaps.

From the quotation to the finished product, I was very happy with Frank and his crew. They did a great job.

Henry, the head painter, ran his crew like a clock. They were wonderful. Whatever came up during the painting they did without hesitation. I already recommended Frank's Painting to two of my best friends. One came up today, June 1st, to see for herself. I am sure she will call Frank' Painting when she is ready. They cleaned up every night and put my apartment back together so my husband and I were able to sleep. He works nights and sleeps by day and they were wonderful in making this happen. Frank called me on a regular basis to make sure I was happy and everything was going to my satisfaction. If you live in NYC or Long Island call Frank's Painting. You won't be sorry. I live in a Co-op and they are coming to inspect my apartment in a few days. I have no concerns about it passing inspection. I highly recommend Frank's Painting. It took five days to complete. Two days less than expected. He had a crew of three at my apartment. It was a lot of work and it came out wonderful. A lot of people scared me about going through a paint job. There was nothing negative about my painters. We are both seniors and they emptied our closets and helped me put things back. All our clothes were covered and all towels and linens were put in bags and tied so the would not get dirty. What more could anybody ask of the painters. NOTHING!

On time, professional, cleaned up did a great job. If you want the best at a reasonable price, look no further.

The job went extremely well. The painters were very professional, extremely neat and willing to do anything to complete a perfect job. I liked Frank from the first meeting. Other painters told me how much it would cost to put paint on the wall - but more to fill in cracks and holes. To Frank, that is all part of the job, and his estimate was no different from the others. I don't think there is any other painter I would use.

Frank was responsive to my calls and came out as scheduled to give us an estimate. He offered great advice about the work I wanted done. We needed painting done for 5 rooms and the entryway and molding work. Although I hired another company that gave us an estimate that was more within our budget and a earlier date, we thought Frank was very professional and knowledgable. He did text me to follow up and offer us an earlier date but we let him know we hired another company that was within our budget and timeframe.

They did an excellent job, and they were very organized at cleaning up in the end. Marcello , Carlos and their crew were very polite and professional. Frank came by to check and see how the job was coming along. I would definitey use them again.

The job went well and we are looking forward to having them work for us again. They were very neat as well.
