Frank's Price was the best of 3 quoted by a good margin. Frank and the 2 workers were professional, punctual and completely professional. Did a fantastic job.

The work went well. His worker was on time, very neat and detailed. I only needed touch ups,borders and one room painted. Plus I had most of the prep work done and ready for him.

I have an emergency situation for exterior painting due to an April deadline and the flaking of someone who was supposed to do the job.

Franks Painting arrives on time and works a full day. They start working the minute they get in the door. This job took six days. Every night the house was left in order and ready for the next day. They are organized, efficient and the nicest crew to have in your home. When the job was complete they left the house so clean and totally transformed. There is also very good communication between the provider, his crew and the customer. We are very happy to have found out about Franks Painting three years ago.

His team is quick, neat and professional. Top notch repair and paint . worth the money .

Frank was very responsive from the first time I contacted him. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Frank, his workers and the work that was completed. What a beautiful job! They showed up on time every day, worked diligently and respectfully. I didn't end up liking the color I picked for the dining room so Frank offered to redo it for a small cost which was well worth it. Frank offers a color consultant for free that I declined to use- that was my mistake. I should have accepted her help. Frank constantly kept in touch with me via text which is my preferred method of contact. It's such a pleasure to work with him and his crew. I absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again myself.

Frank's Painting was able to provide a quick estimate (that came in lower than others we got) and was able to start work immediately (within 24-48 hours). The worker was prompt, polite and the work done seems to be of good quality. The actual price we paid was slightly more than the quote because of overruns in the cost of supplies. Clean-up was okay - good inside the house, but so-so outside the house (there was joint compound residue and such outside our side door, on the porch, and on the driveway. It also went on a bit longer than estimated. But, overall a solid experience and we would use them again for this kind of work. We would recommend (and have, to one of our neighbors who asked!)

Excellent. Frank - the owner - was immediately responsive. He came to my home and provided me with an estimate the day after I contacted him. I chose Frank's painting because of the many positive reviews on Angie's list. The crew was professional, polite and hardworking. Very efficient, very clean. The 4 man team worked 9 hours on day #1 with less than a 45 minute lunch break. On day #2 they worked just as hard. They did an excellent job on my wood windows which are the original wood windows from my 1955 home with multiple individual divided lights. Divided lights require precision and care - you cannot just slap paint on the window or you will have a mess. The work they did on the windows was outstanding. They also sanded, primed and painted the plaster ceiling and walls where repairs were needed. I highly recommend Frank's painting.

We were very happy with the service. Frank was very kind and really cared about giving quality service. We had them come back the next day to complete a few things my husband wanted done....and Frank was happy to accommodate. As a result we were very happy with the completed job. I will be calling them again soon for more work to be done!

The painters were punctual, courteous and professional. They were on time and did an excellent job. The rooms look great.

Reasonable quality for a reasonable price

Tenants were delighted with the results and had no complaints when they came into work on Monday morning. From a landlord's point of view that is the way to conduct business.. make everyone happy.

I started off purchasing painting services for 8 hours at a cost o f $285.00 which I found to be a great deal. I thought that would be sufficient since it didn't involve painting the ceiling and trim. When I got my estimate however I was disappointed to find out that due to the size of the room I would actually need 2 painters at almost double the price plus another $120.00 for paint and materials. That brought the cost up much higher than I wanted to pay. Despite not being thrilled with the price I did decide to go ahead with it and overall I am VERY pleased with the quality of the work that was done by the painters. The room really looks fantastic and they did a great job of cleaning up and putting the furniture back where it was when they were done.

I contacted Frank after reading several reviews on Angies list with pleasureable experiences. We had just bought a house and were getting some estimates. He came over and within 15 minutes had everything he needed and had given me a ballpark. Not only did he give me a ballpark but it was spot on when he called later that day with the real number. He arrived on time for the estimate and was very honest with particular items. He explained everything that they were going to do for the job including painting the windows(anderson wood) which the other estimate(more expensive as well) did not include. We did have a slight hiccup in our plans as a previous jobwent a bit longer but Frank handled it very professionally. He gave me a finish date of 5 days from the start and even getting delayed one day he made sure that he finished by that same deadline of the original expected start date. He even had 5 guys instead of 4 for one day to make sure that this could happen for me. As if this wasn't a pleasurable enough experience the finished product is great. We could not have asked for anything better especially with the time fram given and the job at hand. Frank's workers were extremely polite, professional, and courteous while they were at the house. They made sure to clean up at the end really well since during the job we were not living at the house. That being said they still did clean up at the end of the day so that everything was in one area just incase we went to the house at night. Frank is a standup guy and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be using him again if we need painting done and will be referring him to friends as well. Since we were moving into the new house after they painted he even mentioned that he would send a guy back for touchups once we are settled. We have not had that yet but will definitely be taking him up on that soon.
