Marcine and his assistant were always very prompt and worked very hard to complete the job as planned and in the time that was estimated. Kai, the office manager, was also very efficient and responsive with questions that I had and at scheduling around my calendar.

I was told they would call to set up an appointment and they never called.

We got four estimates for the job and the price we received from Marcin at Euro Floors was fair and competitive. Throughout the project Marcin and his assistant were very professional. They were prompt and neat. The method that they use really minimized the amount of dust and respiratory irritants produced during the process. We had a particular problem bridging the floors in the dining room with those in the kitchen. Marcin provided a solution that was far more creative and pleasing than suggested by any of the competitors. The finished floors are beautiful. We couldn't be happier than we are with the entire project. This is a first-rate company, we will certainly recommend Euro Floors to our friends and family.

In a 2-bedroom co-op just purchased in Jackson Heights, Queens, there was a small section of hardwood floor in a foyer that had been repaired and was unstained which made it stand out from the rest of the apartment's floor. It was a small refinishing job that other flooring companies did not find it economical to undertake and advised that it would be difficult to match the existing shade of the older stain. Marcin came promptly, gave a reasonable estimate that was less than another company's minimum, and indicated he would be able to match the existing stain 80-90% but to our satisfaction and that the work would only take half a day using a quick-drying, non-fume finish. He then followed through the next week providing within 3 days all the certifications and insurance paperwork the co-op managing agents required and showed up on the appointed date exactly on time. He personally explained the assignment to his assistant and left the one-man job to him. His assistant was polite, professional, and extremely competent in sanding, selecting the appropriate matching stain, and refinishing the appropriate portion of the floor. All throughout the process, Euro-Floors' office contact Kai was exceedingly pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She was always available and provided all the assistance that made the experience practically carefree. We are 100% satisfied and would use Euro Floors again in an instant. We highly recommend them.

We contacted them, after finding them on Angie's List, to inquire about the work we needed done. We were given an estimate for the job and agreed to the work. They were able to schedule a start date very soon. They came on time and were very polite and professional. They completed the work in a very timely manner and it looks great! We were very happy with all of our interactions with the company and would definitely use them for any future floor work needed.

Marcin, the owner, came by to give an initial quote. I liked the fact, he was well prepared, measured, knew his game and also gave a competitive price ($2/sqft). I had obtained quotes before from two other vendors, which was in the same pricelines, but Eurofloors came across as competent, and they proved that they were. I had to move the initially agreed dates due to some issues at my office, and Eurofloors were able to accommodate that. Marcin, Sebastian and another of their staff came the first day, punctually and I handed the keys over to them and left to work. They had completed most of the work the first day. The second day morning, they had to come and apply the last coat of gloss finish. This is as planned. Sebastian and his colleague, did a thorough job, even cleaned the nooks and corners inside closets, sanded and polished these areas too. You can tell from the way they worked, they have a good experience in this. They got all the tools required. They even helped me move the sofa and mattress into the bathroom, while the flooring was done. I approve and recommend them gladly.

Because of allergy concerns, I wished to minimize the dust from sanding. Researching this on the Internet, lead me to the Bona company (www.bona.com) and their Dust Containment System. Their website video was quite convincing. Because Euro Floors was one of the contractors listed on the Bona website as using the Dust Containment System, I gave them a call. On his first visit, Marcin was very courteous and explained in detail how he would do the job. We scheduled a date, they arrived on time and completed the job in 3 days, as promised. At the start, I told Marcin that I would pay him an extra $200 if he took extra care and did not disturb the walls and moldings. The floors (and walls) look great. They were also very responsive to minor concerns (pulling staples, filling cracks).
