Marcin literally is a life saver. Due to unforeseen circumstances I found myself suddenly without a floor service company . My family, including dogs, were living in a local hotel with limited time . Marcin turned very badly soot damaged oak floors into brand new wood. I never would have believed they could look this amazing. The pricing is very reasonable, Marcin is very flexible when it comes to adding additional work to project and is very responsive. The quality of the materials that he is using is top-notch. Marcin himself is an incredible professional, he knows what he is doing and loves his job. It was a huge project to complete and everything was done exactly the way we wanted without a single hiccup. Marcin was very knowledgeable, and explained every aspect of the job up front with me. He explained the differences in finishes between my existing wood floors and the new kitchen. He spent the extra time to try several colors and processes until we found the blend that worked perfectly (the entire house is hardwood and we were trying to blend the kitchen to the rest of the house without doing the entire house). The process was truly dust-free. Honestly, I created more dust adding recessed lighting than was created during the flooring job. We there was no overwhelmingly bad chemical smells, and we were even able to spend the night in the house the same evening. They removed imperfections, rough edges, uneven boards, filled cracks. They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and paid attention to even the smallest details, such as masking the water line for the icemaker. When the time comes to do the rest of our home, we won't think twice about calling Marcin again.

Let me begin by explaining the difference between a general contractor and a craftsman. A general contractor is someone who doesn't show up everyday, uses the cheapest possible materials, and is more concerned with quantity over quality. They have no regard for how your project turns out, they just put out the small fires that occur on a daily basis because of the substandard work that their sub-contractors are performing. You will be completely disgusted on a daily basis if you choose a bad one. TRUST ME!! On the other hand a craftsman is a highly skilled individual who has perfected his trade through years of experience. A craftsman does the work on your house himself and sees the project through to the end. A craftsman will not jump to the next project until hes done with yours. Marcin, who is the owner of Euro Floors is a craftsman. He performs the estimate, and he does the work himself. I had a bunch of high spots in my upstairs hallway and it made the floor look terrible. So Marcin and his assistant removed the old flooring, the old subfloor, spent hours shaving down the highspots and replaced all the flooring and the floor is pin straight. It looks amazing. Ive had some terrible experiences in the past with "contractors" and I'm so happy we found Marcin. Marcin was slightly more expensive then the other estimates that I received but "you get what you pay for," and I mean that in a good way!! He is 100% worth the extra money as the final result is perfection, and to me results like that are priceless. We booked Marcin to stain and poly at the end of March, and I have no doubt that it will be perfect when finished. Please note that Marcin uses a high quality sanding machine that catches the fine dust while sanding. Again, this is something a guy with a lower estimate may not provide and your home will be covered in dust. He also uses high quality BONA stains and polyurethanes. Ecstatic!!! We have owned our classic 90 year old home for more than 30 years. We have wood floors on the first floor. All of the floors except the bedroom have been refinished in the past. The bedroom has had carpet on it and hasn’t been finished in way more than 30 years. We also replaced portion of bedroom floor with new unfinished hardwood. To say that this floor was a mess is a vast understatement. We contacted Marcin and EuroFloors and arranged for them to refinish the bedroom. They started three days before Christmas (we were having the family over)… and finished in two days. It turned out magnificent! The floor looks like it is brand new and the finish of the old floor and the new floor is indistinguishable. When we refinished floors in the past we had dust throughout the house. Marcin and his amazing dust machine kept the house perfectly clean. We are so satisfied with EuroFloors that my wife and I are having him back to refinish the rest of the house and we will be installing hardwood floors of the second floor which we plan to have him refinish as well... Marcin is the man!

Marcin Zyskowski and his associate from Euro Floors LLC recently refinished my living room and dining room wood floors. They did an excellent job. Always punctual, which is a quality I highly value, they performed skillful, detailed work. Since there had previously always been wall-to-wall carpeting, upon removal we discovered some problems. Marcin offered several options, explaining each choice, subsequent extra expense and time allocation. The old carpet was neatly bundled and all other debris was bagged, ready for disposal. My sister and brother-in-law are involved with a major home renovation and upon completion are considering refinishing their wood floors. I have already recommended Marcin and his Euro Floors. I used them 15 years ago in my previous house so when I moved back in September they were my first and only company I wanted to do my floors and I'm im so glad. Euro Floors was great. Their quote was reasonable, the quality of the product was great, and the installation happened within the time frame they promised. Marcin answered my many, many questions leading up to, and throughout, the process. He put together several blended stain samples according to what we were looking for, and even stained our mantle to match. Everything was great. 10/10 will use again.

The work was handled very professionally. The final cost was very near the estimate, the estimate for how long it would take was right on, and the end result looks very nice.

First off we are extremely pleased with how our floors were refinished. They look brand new. After having several estimates from several different flooring guys we ended up choosing Euro floors. The owner Marcin came in and was extremely knowledagble and was able to answer all of the questions we had. He also provided us with brochures on the Bona products he uses and explained in detail the pros of using them. When work began he was early every day and prior to the work beginning he had prepped the entire downstairs with plastic to ensure nothing gets damaged. He uses a dustless system that left little to no mess after sanding. He took the time resanding to ensure the floors were perfect and free of waves before applying the stain. When all things were done, our floors look like new. Any questions we had along the way he got back to us quickly. We have already recommended him to our friends and wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Euro Floors again for later projects.

Marcin and company did an excellent job refinishing and staining the floors in two bedrooms, one of which was significantly stained from an old carpet. They were professional, punctual and thorough and did it all for a fair price. The floors look virtually brand new and I couldn't be more satisfied. I have other flooring projects that need to be done in the rest of the house and, because of the high-quality of their work, I will not hesitate to hire Euro Floors again.

Great! Marcin did a fantastic job - Amazing attention to detail - all corners and areas around stairs spindels were hand scraped. Punctual, left house clean at the end of every workday and respectful of our space - even though the house was empty. Worked until the job was done - one night past 8pm! Wish all tradespeople took as much pride in their craft as Marcin. Would recommend him highly and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. My wife and I recently moved to a new home and were looking to have our floors refinished. I found Marcin through Angie's List and scheduled an appointment for the coming Saturday. Marcin arrived on time, evaluated the current condition of our floors and thoughtfully answered all of our question. Within a few days of his visit, we received an estimate from Marcin that was comparable to other bids we received. What ultimately sold us on Marcin was his knowledge of flooring, his use of a dustless system and the 100+ glowing reviews he's received on Angie's list. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Marcin did a beautiful job! Our timeline required the final coat to be finished several months after the first two coats. He took great care to buff and prepare floor for last coat. I would definitely recommend.
