We’ve dealt with Alex and Class Carpet in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with price and carpet quality. For this experience, I needed a runner for my stairs and hallway. I selected my carpet style from their vast collection of inventory. Alex came promptly the next day to measure and my carpet was cut and bound for pickup within 2 days. My husband did the installation, but Class Carpet has installed for us in the past and we were very satisfied. Everyone in Class Carpet was extremely friendly and courteous and I would never hesitate to recommend their establishment.

They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and polite and made it painless.

Alex promptly came and gave me a fair, reasonable no hidden cost estimate. ( much better then the Home Depot estimate who could not fix the uneven dips in the floor and expected me to carry the cases of Vinyl planking down the stairs!) My basement floor is concrete and was uneven so needed some preparation. The Installers arrived on time, were polite, and took care of it all, the preparation and installation. They even cleaned up! I get a million complements on the floor & it does not feel like a cold damp basement anymore! It’s very warm and comfy. I love it.

Everyone at class carpet is very nice, they take their time with you and answer all questions. Guys showed up on time and worked hard all day making sure the foundation was done before installing the floor. Punctuality also depends on what you order and if available so understand delays from factory orders an happen. They even called after to see if I was happy with the floors and workers. Highly recommend.

Just called. Representative picked up phone with no greeting and was speaking with someone else. I asked for a estimate on tile install for 726 sq ft. He stated that I would have to come into the store first then said he would see if he could send someone to measure. He stated that he would take my info down, then began to speak with someone else on the store on an unrelated matter. 30 seconds went by so I hung up.

They responded my email within 2 hours and we went to the store to pick up the stock. The transaction was fast and they kept in mind about the amount needed and didn't want us to spend too much. Installation was timely and professional. Highly recommend.

Everything went great, starting from the moment we walked in the store to now a month or so later when guests are complimenting us on our new floors. Alex and his team in the office were very knowledgeable and professional and also worked with us with pricing. We gave them ideas of what we wanted and their suggestions ended up being exactly what we were looking for. When the first crew came to pull up old and put down new carpet I was very happy and impressed with their hard work and friendly demeanor. Everything looked great. The next day when the second crew came to put in laminate floors I was concerned when it was a different crew. However these guys were just as diligent and did a very good job explaining to me everything that needed to be and was being done. Everyone from the consultants in the office, to the people laying the floors were very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and I praise them to anyone who will listen.

Excellent experience. We stopped in at the Class Carpet showroom in Levittown and felt comfortable immediately. A very wide selection of carpeting and price points to choose from. Alex and his staff were very professional and clearly have a vast amount of experience. We ordered carpeting that was not in stock and were provided with a target date for delivery. Actual delivery was quicker than targeted. Installation was careful and professional. Carpeting looks great and is of excellent quality. We would recommend them highly.
