Description of Work: Carpet removed in our living/dining room. The wood floors were cleaned, repaired, sanded, and refinished. What a beautiful job they did. The men showed up on time, worked as a team, and left the house clean and beautiful.

Description of Work: I had 2 rooms done the first one was fine. Although I did change do to no fault of the compnay and in taking up the linoleum there was no adhesive which leads me to understand why the dog was able to destroy it. In the second room it continues to bubble they changed it once with a little bit of a fight so I did not call them back I believe there is a problem with the sub floor they put in.

Description of Work: They provided lots of options of carpet and pricing was not crazy. They came when the said the would and everything was done easily and quickly. No issues at all. Place didn't look amazing from outside but service was great. We are enjoying the carpet now.

Description of Work: Class Carpet installed new carpet in living room and dining room and linoleum in kitchen and in second floor hallway. Carpet install was very good, no complaints about that. Old linoleum was removed from second floor and new linoleum placed on floor after floor was prepared. This installation was very good. Linoleum in kitchen was placed over existing linoleum, installers patched bad spots on old linoleum and installed over it. After the installers left I found that two doors in the kitchen would not open all the way due to the linoleum not being level and raised since it was over the old linoleum. I called Class Carpet, explained to Alex what was wrong, and he then he first responded that fixing the doors was not included in the contract. After more discussion he agreed to send someone over to look at the problem. A few days later the installer of the linoleum removed the doors and ground down the doors so that they closed properly. If Alex had first responded when I called to complain, by apologizing for the problem and offering to fix it, not saying that fixing doors wasn't included in the contract, I could recommend his company. His attitude is really unacceptable.

Description of Work: I have bought carpets from them along with having my upstairs floors carpeted by them. Alex seems to stand behind his work and tries to give a fair price. Its good to have a local flooring store in the area that cares about the community.
