Steve, the owner, showed up exactly when he said he would. He explained everything that would be done and what results I could expect. He found 15 holes in the wood under my deck (I thought there were only 3 or 4) and he put pesticide in each of them. This morning, I picked up about 39 ... yes..39.... dead carpenter bees. Although he said there is a possibility that other bees could come and drill holes in other spots, the pesticide he applied would be a very good deterrent. He stated that there is a 3 tier course to tackling this problem. First would be what he did today. He said he would follow up at the end of July to see if another application was necessary...then at the end of the season, he would insert some type of steel wool barrier into the holes so the bees could not try to re-enter them in the future. He also suggested that Benjamin Moore makes a type of paint that I may consider putting on the wood that the bees would not like to drill into, so I may do that in the fall. Overall, a very nice experience.

It went very well. My husband and I both work long hours and he was able to accommodate us by coming right away on a Saturday morning. He gave us a very good/competitive price. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and we would recommend him to others. We haven't seen any ants since he came.

One Sunday afternoon we had the unfortunate experience of a swarm of termites coming out from under our baseboards by the kitchen. Being new homeowners and new to the area, we had no idea what to do. We started vacuuming the little suckers up and calling around for recommendations on an exterminator. Thankfully someone suggested Steve, we called him and he was there 2 hours later (ON A SUNDAY!). He inspected the house and particularly the area where the termites were seen and assured us that it was just a swarm looking for a place to make its home and not an established colony. As such he was able to spray the effected area, and placed a bait station near our boiler which was the most obvious potential point of entry. Steve could have told us anything and we would have believed him, and paid for it, but he was very honest and didn't try to upsell us on anything. He even gave us a cute baby discount. My wife saw a termite a few weeks later and Steve was back the next day to check the bait station. He inspected again, and assured us it was just a straggler. There was no charge for the follow up visit. Overall, Steve was very professional, honest and punctual, and I would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for an exterminator.

Came exactly on time; was polite and efficient. Couldn't ask for anything more. I'm hoping never to see another cave cricket which looks like a jumping spider.

Steve has been awesome. We have used him now for the last 5 years.. Back then we had the ugliest looking spider crickets jumping all over our finished basement...they looked like something out of Alien With the very first application we saw a big difference in the population. Steve come twice a year to maintain any pest control and I'm happy to say the Alien crickets have no longer invaded. Steve is the man!

Very happy with this company. They came at the scheduled time and were professional as they did their work. They effectively took care of removing the bee hive and the cost was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

He came and conquered. Spray A chemical dust to kill the bees haven seen one since. Very happy my son could ride his bicycle in the driveway again.

While preparing my yard for my daughter's birthday party, I was shocked and horrified to find several extremely active and productive beehives in my backyard. There were thousands of busy bees (no joke) all over!!! My mother and sister had used "Bugs R Us" and raved about the service and results. I called Bugs R Us on Thursday,(with a party pending Saturday), and, even though Steve (the owner) was extremely busy, (a good man is always in demand), he promised he would be able to take care of this problem the very next morning. Not only did he arrive a few minutes early, but the results were immediate!!! The bees were miraculously GONE in what seemed like an instant. Without Bugs R US, there would have been no way to have a party outside. Bugs R Us truly saved the day!!! This is the only company you should ever use for either maintenance or when a problem "pops" up.

When we called Bugs R Us we were given all of the necessary steps to prepare for the extermination of the bed bugs. The gentleman was punctual. He even arrived at our home early so that he would start the process on time. He was extremely professional and he did not try to overcharge us for his service. Bugs R Us exterminated our bedrooms because that is were we found the bugs, but he didn't stop there. He also sprayed the room that is adjacent to one of our bedrooms. We were told how long to stay away from the home after the extermination and he contacted us when the job was completed. There is also a guarantee that he will treat the home if any bugs, or signs of bugs are noticed within 6 months of the first treatment. He told us to give the treatment some time and we will notice that the bugs will die. That is exactly what happened. He also called to check on his work, because Bugs R Us takes pride in their service.And we are extremely proud to recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of pests in their home or business.

He did great work and was very prompt in coming out. The price was also very reasonable. Very nice man and I wish him much luck with his business.

HE EXPLAINED HOW THE TRAPS WORK. HE PLACED THEM IN THE GROUND NOT DISTURBING ANY AREA OF MY LAWN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO TOLD US THAT HE WOULD RETURN 3 TIMES IN A ONE YEAR PERIOD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Steven noticed termite activity. It was not life though. Anyway, I decided to spray wood and also monitor the situation with termite baiting stations. As a result I am in contract for a year. During this time Steve will come, monitor stations, and replace cartridges as needed. I will report back later as the contract goes by.

I would absolutely use them again. They came over within 45 minutes of me calling them.....on a Saturday.

Steve was wonderful! I was having no luck getting rid of ants in my kitchen on my own. Steve came over within hours of my call. He was professional and honest. His price was great and he did not try to sell me services I did not need. I would highly recommend using Steve!

Chemicals were put into a few traps in my backyard. They are hidden and my kids do not go near them.

They came out immediately and took care of the problem. Super nice to deal with too!

Steve showed up to my house 15 minutes early to ensure that he was on time. He inspected my house for problems in a professional and friendly manner. He explained everything that was going on. He pointed out troubled areas and made suggestions on how to fix them. After the inspection Steve got to work. He successfully forced the bees away from my house by spraying chemicals and was able to place traps to deal with the termite problem.
