 + -1 moreCalled Bugs R Us for termite infestation. Steve set up 6 bait stations around the problem area of my house. So far so good but time will tell on it's effectiveness. He also treated my home for crickets and since his visit, I haven't seen any crickets jumping around in my basement. Excellent service provided and overall very happy with the service received.

Sure enough April came and I started seeing ants in my kitchen..bought some sprays from Home Depot and nothing. I continued to research on how to get rid of them and I could not get them out of my house. I was highly recommended of BugsRUs and I gave them a call. Within a couple of days they were at my house and spray down all there chemicals. Its only been 2 days and there almost all gone. Unbelievable. High recommend Steve!

 + -1 moreSteve went to work spending a lot of time correcting all of these problems, both the termites and the ants. He was very impressive, confident, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained to me what to expect time wise; and carefully explained what he could do and what he couldn't do. He carefully explained his price and provided me with a lot of information about the problems. As a person, he acted professionally, considerately was kind and thoughtful.
Description of Work: Steve examined the entire property for termites and ants. We had a terrible termite and ant problem for the past fifteen years following the directions of two major exterminating companies.Steve discovered that eight of the bait stations has no bait and four stations were either broken or the tops were missing. He also found several stations filled with sand and filled with insects. also felt that some of the stations were incorrectly placed. He also showed me pictures of all of this. I wonder if the other companies examined the stations. The same can be said for numerous ant colonies that thrive under the watch of the two major exterminator companies.

 + -1 moreSteve Palmer answered all my questions during a phone conversation about a serious ant infestation and even came that Sunday to treat the inside and outside of house which included the basement and 3 crawl spaces. He even inspected the attic. We tried to get rid of the ants ourself with many expensive products to no avail, we did use large company previously and they were useless. We needed the personalized service of a professional and finally got it. We saw immediate results at last and even had a free follow up visit. We highly recommend this company and a man who know his job and delivers true customer service. We will continue to use this company.

Description of Work: Steve came to my house on 5/12/15 because I had roof damage caused by squirrels. He explained what he was going to do, and place a trap in my attic. He came back 2 days later and removed the trap. I was lucky I didn't have a squirrel problem. He charged me 50.00 less because I supplied my own ladder. I liked Steve, and would use him again.

 + 0 moreAlmost a month in and the only crickets I've seen have been on the glue traps (3 or 4 only). My wife will go int he basement and do the laundry again so I couldn't be happier. Steve was very responsive and helpful. In fact he found a couple if mice stuck on my old glue traps and he disposed of them for no extra cost. He also gave us some really good tips about holes in our home that needed to be sealed up.
