Very well. Steve even came twenty minutes early. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He even checked my house for termite trails when I told him that it had not been checked this year. He educated me about how to prevent insects from entering my house. And he told me to call him back if the insect activity got out of hand. He stands by his work. I highly recommend Bugs R Us. Five star rating!

Steve came and within a few moments was up on a ladder applying a dust type chemical to "evict" the bees from their home. Within an hour the activity around the area had died down. Within a day there were no bees to be found in that area. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and reasonable. It was a very pleasing interaction.

Steve was great. He explained everything and took care of the problem. What was nice is that he is the owner and not a tech from a large company,this was a sensitive issue, so I really appreciated his expertise.

Went in our garage after a rain this spring to be surprised to find hundreds of dead termites all over the floor. Called Bugs R Us on a Sunday evening and Steve the owner came by the next day after I got back from work. He confirmed this was indeed a termite swarm, checked for damage in and around garage, and recommended bait stations placed in ground around the perimeter of the garage. He was very thorough in showing me what the bait traps looked like, how they'll work and where they'll be placed. Came back later in the week to install them all in the ground, and dropped some ant pesticide around our house too for free. Will be coming by every few months to check baits and monitor termite activity. So far haven't seen any new signs of termites around garage. Overall, Steve was very professional. Showed up on time, explained our situation well and how to deal with it, and has followed up a few times with us too to see if we've had any more problems.

It went very well. Steve came early so I didn't even have to take off from work. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional. He gave me advice on how to prevent bed bugs. I recommend him for anyone who needs extermination.

I highly recommend this provider. He is professional, reasonably priced and did a great job!!

Had rodents running around in the attic, ultimately found an opening where they were coming in and out of the house so I closed it. Next step was trying to capture/remove them. I called around a couple of places and they wanted close to twice what Steve would ultimately charge me + $50 for every rodent they removed!!!! Luckily I found Steve who was willing to do it for substantially less and came out the SAME DAY, now that is great service. He came in, placed the traps out within 15 minutes and "was out of my hair" (as they say). Unfortunately, the traps never caught any of the rodents, however, the problem stopped (rodents probably died). Steve was a gentleman through and through. Upon his return to come pickup the traps, he also helped me with an ant problem that I was experiencing in the kitchen/den area. He put down some gel bait and we have seen another one of critters around since. Now truth be told it might be because it got warmer outside but either way I got the results I wanted: 1) No rodents running round in my attic and 2) ants-be-gone!!! Thanks Steve!!!

Steve advised existing baits were termite detectors and not actual baits installed by previous termite company. I called a new termite company because I was suspicious that my existing annual service contractor was not performing the work appropriately. Neverthless, Steve showed me that existing were not sufficient to deflect termites but simply showing they exist. Overall good service and followups. I used angie's reviews to find this contractor.

The exterminator noted that it had just been some carpenter bees trying to build a nest but they were no longer there. He did not charge us for his time since there was not an infestation, although he certainly could have. He also looked around the interior where we saw ants last year and determined there was no activity. He came on time and was very courteous and did not pressure us to buy any services.

Steve was great. (Owner) I sent a text a 4 am to 3 angies list providers. One, got back to me 1 week later. 2 got back to me via email by 8am same day. (both promised to call in the morning). One called at 1pm. Steve called at 9am. I spoke with Steve. He was clear on price and exactly what he was going to do. He was awesome. He was promptly at my door at 10:30am. Spent over 90 min at my house going thru all possible entrance points. He helped to close some holes (although the large ones i was told to get a contractor for....I closed them myself), he laid bate inside the house and outside in my shed. We discussed in detail how i can be proactive to take care of some elements myself. He even called back 2 weeks later to check and see how everything was. I would highly recommend him, and plan on using him for monthly exterminating once the weather warms up.

Worked with our handyman/ contractor to remove dead squirrels. Left baits to ensure there are no additional intruders and came back to pick up several days later. Sprayed house to remove fly maggots that most likely came from dead animals.
