Description of Work: I’ve had Steve over for two pest issues this Summer/Fall. He was very quick to respond to my messages and was able to get to my house within a day each time. Each time he explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and that he would return if I noticed activity again. This most recent time was to treat my couch for carpet beetle larvae Would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for pest control.

Description of Work: Treatment to avoid ants in house. Earlier had Evaluated problem with carpenter bees. Checked attic, and explained that bees don't stay over winter, but come back each spring. Advised me to call when bees returned. No charge for eval. I asked about ant treatments. Steve explained the process and said he would call to set up appointment. He came At the agreed time and seemed very thorough. Advised if any ants seen, to call him and he would return With additional treatment. So far so good.

Description of Work: The only way he would guarantee the service was if we purchased mattress and box spring covers which costed us 200. The cover were extremely cheat quality. We needed him to come back,we called and never showed up.

Description of Work: Came to my home and treated a yellow jacket hive in a facade over my garage, then followed me to my office (1/4 mile away) to treat a similar problem there with yellow jackets in a wall. Took extra precautions to make sure yellow jackets on the ground would also perish.

Description of Work: Steve was really great responding to all of my needs concerning a possible bed bug problem brought in by guests. I bought the spray service as well as a mattress cover. The best part is that he came back a couple weeks later to make sure the issue was resolved because I had additional concerns. He resprayed some areas and called me to follow up and make sure I was in the clear. Mostly, he minimized my paranoia :) greatly appreciated

Description of Work: Steve treated for ants and spider crickets. | |Steve was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly and got the job done quickly. He also said he would come back free of charge if we had any issues with the work he did. Since then we have seen a few critters here and there and when we called Steve he happily came back and re-treated certain areas. Pleasure doing business with him.
