Amazing. They came in and evaluated all my options. They were fast, clean and got the job done!! I would def hire them again.

Roger was great. Ultimately he said there was nothing major wrong that he could see, but he did raise up our grate with some bricks to help keep smoke going up where it should. He gave us a quote for a stainless steel liner for our gas line, but otherwise he did not charge for the visit.

After Roger evaluated the situation, he told us what the problem was and quoted us for the repair. It seemed reasonable especially he automatically gave us the AngiesList coupon he had available. That was very cool. He was able to schedule the repair for the next day. The work is done now and we are very satisfied with everything.

The Tech check the flue leading from the furnace and determined that the chimney was clean.The job took less than 10 minutes to complete.

They're great. We've had many contractors through here and only people who came when they said, did they said they were going to do, charged what they promised. Very reliable, professional and just awfully nice people. We had them install a woodburning stove and insert after having our home inspector advise that the chimney was not safe as is for use. Best Way picked it up from the fireplace store, delivered, and installed. We used them again this year for cleaning and received the same service. Linda in the office is equally professional, personable, and responsive. Thank you guys!

I contacted Best Way as a second opinion after having a competitor come for the same services. Best Way was friendly, responsive and professional. Two gentlemen showed up ready to work. They took a look at my setup and quoted me a price less than half of the previous estimate. Hearing that, I hired them on the spot. They did the work quickly and cleaning, and even offered some advice on another improvement, I inquired about. I would 100% recommend Roger and his team again!

Incredible company. Had my annual burner tuneup today, 11/18/16 and he discovered almost a complete blockage in the chimney. There was a partial break in the top of my chimney - cap was still on but def room for a squirrel to get in. Like most homeowners - I ignored it. He gave me the number to Bestway, as he had been told by his friend how great and honest these guys were, My burner had to stay off, so if they could not come on short notice, I would be w/o hot water or heat until at least tomorrow. They added me to the end of the run. After a long day already - turns out I had not one but two nest in the chimney and a partially collapsed flue. After working out a VERY fair price, Tommy attacked the blockages and collapsed flue. It was a VERY hard struggle to break through - in the dark by the time he and his brother John finally got through. Even the owner Roger arrived to help out - all three men EXTREMELY nice. Bottom line - a very fair price and now I have peace of mind. A new stainless steel liner..new cap and they sealed up the wall by the furnace (I thought I was heading to Home Depot tomorrow to get some cement) Left everything broom clean. This was my 1st time using Angie's List and my 1st review. Best Way Chimney pasted my 4P litmus test, Professional, Prompt, Perfect Install and Price. Roger and his assistant John were excellent. Roger explained the complete procedure both prior and during the install. The installation was quick (within the time frame given to me) and when they left everything was cleaned up. Very satisfied and I highly recommend them.

Went well, did a good job cleaning and recommended things I thought needing fixing without me saying anything. The price of the fixes were very reasonable. I would use the for future projects and annual maintenance.

It's easy to get "taken" by a chimney company, and it happened to me in my previous house. Roger, however, operates a good business. He came and replaced my chimney liner, for the price advertised on Angie's List, no nickel and diming for a couple of adjustments he had to do above and beyond the advertised special. 3 guys came to do the job and were fast and friendly, and took time to make sure the finishing work looked good. Really, I couldn't be more happy with the job.

Three guys came and did a good job. They went to the basement and made sure the draft was ok. They cleaned the boiler as well as they could. They came on time and left sooner than I had expected. I was very happy with them.

We had hired Best Way three years ago to repair our chimney that had been damaged by a lightning strike and we were very happy with the work they performed. That is why Best Way was one of the companies we chose to get a quote from to replace the old ceramic liner. Roger, the owner came on time to examine the chimney and offer his opinion on the work needed and give us a written estimate. We were once again impressed not only with his demeanor but with his breadth of knowledge and ability to explain exactly what was needed to do the job correctly and also with the fact that he did not try and sell us any unneeded services. He quoted us a price that we deemed to be fair and the next day we scheduled an appointment of between 11 AM and 1 PM today for the work to be done. Just before 1, Roger called and told us that they were just leaving another job and would get to our house in about 1/2 hour. That was fine with us as he gave us a call and we understand that sometimes there are unexpected delays. Roger and his helper John arrived just past 1:30 and they performed the installation. They did a perfect job tested it and left the place cleaner that it was before they arrived all the while being friendly and professional. Roger had a chance to add an unneeded service onto the job but instead, he told us not only was it not necessary, but why not. That alone, not only saved from spending more than we needed to but spoke volumes about how honest and honorable he is. I can't recomend Best Way highly enough

I was NOT surprised by the warm greeting I received from Roger along with an easy matter of fact response indicating he would look at his schedule and let me know when he was in the area. When I returned from running some errands this afternoon (Not even one day later!), I discovered a business card sticking out of the front door. Low and behold, Roger had already been by to assess and address my expressed concern. He left me a detailed description of the work he did and some suggestions for burning hotter per his creosote observation. I look forward to the next heavy rain to see how she holds up and I worry not because this gentleman is, to say the least, of solid character. I am more frugal than most and would prefer to do as many jobs as I can with my own hands to avoid spending money unnecessarily. When it comes to giving my hard earned money to a professional, I would be happy to take crow bar to wallet any day for a stand up professional like Roger. Sure appreciate the kind, quality and unparalleled professional response and follow through!
