Really an A+++! When I called for an appointment, Roger answered the phone. He was conversational and happy to answer my questions. He told me that the charge for each chimney would be $55, but if I actually had four to clean, he would give me a discount. He was able to give me an appointment for the following Friday between the hours of 10:00-12:00. They arrived at 11:30 that Friday morning. I walked them around the house to show them the fireplaces in question, and they went to work. Their clean-up after the job was careful and thorough. I gave Roger a check, and he handed me a receipt and his card, which listed other kinds of jobs Best Way Maintenance does.

It went great. He does great work. The price was great. He came lower than most of the other estimates.

I called on a Saturday to request an estimate. My call was returned the next day. An appointment was made for the following Monday. The men arrived within the scheduled time frame. They gave me an estimate for the work I requested. Since the estimate was reasonable, I asked them to do the job right then. Their work was neat and professional. They were courteous at all times. In addition to doing a fine job on the chimney, they removed two old TV antennas and put silicone around the chimney where the tar had separated from it. After completing the job, they told me that my chimney flue was beginning to deteriorate and might need work in the future. I really appreciated their honesty, since I had gotten two other estimates on the chimney, one for $1,800.00 and one for $2,100.00, both of which included unnecessary work.

Workmen came on schedule. Did job in 1 1/2 hrs. No fuss. No mess.

He's very good, very honest, very dependable, and his prices are right.

Quick to come out and give an estimate and get the job done. Roger even helped me work out an unrelated issue with my roofer who had done shoddy work. I called Best way for an emergency call because this was my boiler chimney. I spoke with the owner Roger who came over, I would say within an hour. He reassured me and put me at ease to know that it wasn't dangerous, He made me feel much better. I scheduled for them to perform the repairs, they came the next morning and took care of it, they were here almost 4 hours, they rebuilt the top, replaced the clay and put up a new cap and crown. They were very neat and clean. And my chimney looks like new, I would definitely recommend Best Way .

I called Best Way and they came when they said they would, they were very neat and clean with an immaculate truck, which was impressive. The men were very knowledgeable and informative. They sat down and explained everything step by step. I decided to have Best Way take care of the work after having 2 other companies come for an estimate, which were very overpriced and pushy. Best Way came and performed the repairs, I was so impressed with the clean and neat job, my chimney looks brand new, I can't say enough great things, I would highly recommend using Best Way.

Roger returned our call promptly set up an appointment for the next day. He showed up right on time, did an inspection, gave me the estimate, which he explained the work to be done in detail. The work was performed with out a problem and it was done in a VERY professional manner, for a VERY reasonable cost. TOTALLY SATISFIED and would use them again in a heartbeat ....

They were very professional workers and they arrived on time. They took much less time than expected to clean the chimney and put on the caps (only about 20 minutes). I liked that they did not try to push additional service on us (like replacing the liner, etc.). We would use them again.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFICIENT MANNER. THE WORKERS ARE SKILLFUL AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT AND I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
