Best Way Chimney

Honest and professional!!!! No gimmicks. Fair price. Thomas was great. Came promptly, climbed on roof to see chimney issues and then described to me in detail what needed to be done. Other companies had exaggerated what needed to be done and would have cost hundreds of dollars more than Best Way for work that was not necessary. I agreed to the repairs, which were made the same day. I am grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Contractor showed up on time and performed the requested work. Did not try to sell other in-needed services. Price was fair. I would hire again.

Tommy and John were fantastic. they diagnosed my problem with my chimney immediately and repaired it on the spot. We had other estimates that were much higher and Best Way charged us much less for the same job! Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them for your chimney work or repairs.

Roger is, to put it simply, both a great guy and very competent professional. Since I was having my furnace replaced at the end of the week, Roger adjusted his schedule so that he could get to me before the new installation. He called when he was on his way and arrived promptly, to check out my chimney and boiler flues. Roger said that the chimney flue was "like new" and said that the boiler flue needed to be replaced, but that it was not an emergency and could wait until the spring. Although I urged him to accept payment, Roger refused to accept any money for his visit, saying that the chimney had not needed cleaning. It renews one's faith in the service industry to know that there are kind, ethical and competent people like Roger. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering utilizing his services.

The damper broke right before the major snowstorm that we had in January. Roger and John came on 1/8th with about 12 inches of snow on the ground and temperatures below freezing. Roger checked the inside of the fireplace and noticed that there was a hole inside that went to the outside. Roger and John went outside, in the freezing weather, climbed a ladder with the snow not even shoveled, and did the needed repair. Roger then installed the new damper which is way better and easier to use then the one I had. Roger and John were very professional and I have complete confidence in their work. His price was more than fair. I have external work that I need done on my chimney and I will definitely be calling Roger for that. If you have any work to be done on your Chimney/fireplace, look no further than Best Way. I assure you that you won't be disappointed.

I was an urgent need of a liner as my chimney was leaking corrosive fluid and potentially damaging my chimney. Making matters worse, I was traveling in a few days and needed this to get done ASAP. Rodger at Best Way was recommended to me by my new plumber. I called in the morning and Cindy handled my call with urgency. Rodger and John showed up that afternoon - with a foot of snow still on the ground. They had already researched the specs on my chimney and came with the parts needed to get the job done. They inspected my chimney and completed the installation of the liner and new cap in 2-hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am a new customer and highly recommend them.

Best Way was great, on the first visit for a quote they showed up early and were very informative and honest, unlike other companies we had come in for quotes. Roger explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a written quote. Not only was his quote much more reasonable then anyone else, Roger was exceptionally personable. Needless to say we hired Best Way to do the job, couldn't have asked for a better company. The work was completed quickly and they left everything as clean as it was when they came in. The work was flawless and we are thrilled to be able to use our fireplace and not worry that anything will go wrong. Roger came to our home on time for the estimate appointment. He climbed the chimney and looked in the basement (chimney base) and quickly assessed the problems, showing my husband what they were. After Roger left, my husband quickly decided on giving the job to Best Way. We had received previous estimates and no one had spent as much time or looked as carefully at our chimney as he did. The price was also much more reasonable, which was a plus. The work was done on the date agreed upon. Everything went perfect! It was a pleasure dealing with company.
