what a nice man. He took extra time to show me a few things on my fireplace that I never knew how to use. He also remove fireplace cover for me at no extra charge. I never felt like I was trying to be sold on additional services(like so many chimney sweepers do)It was nice working with an experienced person who understood the dynamics of my fireplace. Very pleased with Best Way - called to confirm day and time, friendly and professional, quickly assessed the job and got it done without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Actually made my dryer safer and more efficient!

Called for estimate, was responsive with a price significantly lower than several other companies price. Arranged for date of installation, arrived at appointed time July 1st and began work. The rains came, work had to stop for safety. Returned, on time, on July 4th completed work expeditiously and in a professional manner.

He did not attempt to try to upsale me. He was very helpful and knowledgable. They went right to their work and was quick and efficient.

I called Best Way Chimney to install a new liner in my chimney. Two workers came out . They were very nice and professional. They showed me and explained to me what work needed to be done. I gave the okay and the got right to work. They finished quickly. I am very pleased with the work they did for me. I would definitely hire again

Excellent service. From start to finish Roger was very professional throughout. He was punctual for all appointments and was very careful with my home. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Best Way Chimney.

He came in, quickly confirmed that there was a gas leak through the chimney that needed to be resealed. He showed up promptly, assessed the situation quickly and installed a two ply stainless steel liner. He did a great job. He was very polite, knowledgeable, proficient, and neat.

Great service. Would definitely use again. Cleaned dryer vent that is extended length and cleaned chimney. Very prompt and professional. No significant upsell.

They were good. Another company gave me an estimate involving a lot of repairs. This company verified I only needed new chimney caps and they installed them that day. I felt pretty good about their service and didn't feel like I was getting oversold.

Called with a possible bird in the gas hot water heater flue and a need for a chimney cap. Roger was able to address my problem and concern about a blockage of the flue from the aminal by the next day. His appointment was prompt with a friendly, professional manner. Checked and cleaned the hot water heater flue and removed the squirrel from the chimney base. He installed a S/S lifetime cap , checked the chimney crown, repaired minor flaws in the bricks and saw no need for a chimney cleaning.

I am happy with the work. After calling for an appointment, it did take over two weeks to be put on the schedule. He called early because he was in the area and was able to come out before the scheduled appointment. His cost was a little cheaper than the other estimates I received. However, there was a delay in the work and it took longer than it would have with another company. Also, he never called to confirm that he was coming out for the appointment. He did do great work and was very professional. He came, cleaned up, and completed all the work. I haven't have any problems with the work.

on time and professional. can't really see before and after effect in chimney cleaning but he made it comfortable to me that he cleaned it and gave few tips on maintaining and using it effectively.

Work went extremely well. The end result - a lined chimney, with a new cap, and minor masonry work - was professionally done. The two workers were friendly and easy to talk with, answering our questions and explaining the work that would be done, including approximately how long the job would take.

They missed the first couple of appointments due to being overwhelmed with other customers, but they let me know that there was nothing wrong with my fireplace after the inspection and there was no charge.

We could not have been happier with our choice to use Best Way to repair our chimney. Roger, the owner, did not quote us the lowest price, but he was willing to reuse what bricks that he could and by blending the old with the new, you cannot see that the chimney had ever been repaired. Of the other quotes, one was more expensive and was pushing for unnescessary add ons and the less expensive estimate insisted on using all new brick even though he admitted that the color wouldn't match well. Roger did the masonary work himself and displayed an obvious pride in his work. He was prompt, courteous and friendly and everything that he said he would. I could not be happier to have hired him and would not hesitate to use him again should the need ever arise.

Very well overall. There was a lot of questions on my part about which fireplace insert to purchase for a correct fit and look for my fireplace which isn't a standard size or configuration. Roger answered numerous calls of mine to answer all my questions and make sure I purchased the correct unit. When the installation date came, Roger & his team worked hard to get everything done in one day and even went above and beyond to cut the brick trim around the insert and do some finishing with cement even though this is more of a mason's task. They then provided instruction on use of the insert and maintenance advice. I am very please with the experience with Best way chimney and would use them again.

The entire experience could not have turned out any better. It's not too often now days that that this statement can be made. Roger and Dave arrived right on time for both the estimate and then several days later for the actual work. I've been around for a while and it's great to see that old world style craftsmanship, dedication and honesty still exist. Roger did what was necessary to correct my problem and then some. He also included some work which was not originally called for without any charge. They were both friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I will certainly use them again and I recommend them highly.

Another chimney company said that two 90 degree bends in the chimney would not allow a liner to be used. When Roger inspected the chimney from the bottom and top, he ascertained that a liner was possible since the flue contained NO severe angles. He gave me a price that I considered fair, and performed the work. He did a very nice job.

Got an estimate today for work that another company estimated at $1600. Roger explained the condition of the chimney and the work that needs to be done. He was on time and friendly. Just a reminder to always get more than one estimate and to check out all services provides.
