Best Way Chimney

They were excellent. They made sure everything was clean and up to date. They did a good job. It was a good price. It was reasonable in price. They were very clean. They were really good.

It was very good. I’ve used them a couple of times. I don’t have any problems with my chimney after they worked on it. Every time, they’ve been very courteous and just did the job that they said they were going to do. The pricing was very good.

We figured that this would be a big and expensive job and so we got a few estimates. Best way was refreshingly honest about what we needed and what we didn't and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. The services that scare me the most are the ones you can't really verify yourself - I never go on my roof so they could've really told me anything - but they didn't. Came in WAY below their competitors and got it all done in a week from first call to completion. Roger provided the excellent service but everyone that I spoke to was very pleasant. Chimney looks great - very satisfied.

I hired Roger without getting any other estimates. I like being comfortable with who i let in my house and Roger had so many excellent reviews that i figured if i was ok with what his estimate was i just going to go with him. He estimated $1000 to install a liner without coming over to see it. Once he arrived he read my furnace manual and saw that the company recommended a different type of liner than what he brought with him. Instead of just installing what he brought he left to go get the correct one. The correct one was installed and he put on a new chimney cap as well. There were no hidden charges, no extra charges for having to go get a different liner, just great friendly service.

Perfect. Couldn't have gone better. I immediately trusted him. And based on other member reviews, they were all correct.

Provider gave an estimate in a timely manner. Performed the job well and was on time. I was very pleased. Showed me before and after photos.

Out of the 4 chimney companies I called I found best way to be the most honest and up front and most of all did not try to sell me something that I did not need like the other companies try to.

Roger came unassisted (his usual co-worker was ill) & did all work himself, having to circulate between roof & basement to get various tasks done, but was finished in a comfortable 2-2.5 hours. He explained very clearly (& wrote out on his bill) exactly what was done. I am very impressed by Roger's professionalism, apart from the work itself: from his prompt, clear & detailed price estimate to the fact that he called in twice while detained on the day of the job. His manner in all cases was friendly, accessible, unhurried, & lucid. I was also impressed by this: When I explained some of the options that another company wanted to perform along with the essential liner/chimney cap work, Roger explained why he felt that these were superfluous (from my viewpoint, a positive thing for not adding to cost). Finally, relative to the price estimate I got from the other company, Roger's price seemed very reasonable.

He was really kind, professional, and cleaned up well after himself. I would definitely use him and I've already recommended him to my neighbors.

He was perfect and helped me out a lot. There was no charge for the service since there was nothing wrong with the chimney. It was an emergency even and he came after hours.

Two gentlemen, very nice asked what was wrong, checked stove pipes in and outside needs caulking to stop leak. They said they could do it there and then. Said call in a year to 're-check if there e is no leaking . Great to work with and did not take advantage with price.

Roger was right on time and installed the new chimney liner. He walked me through the whole project and performed as described. He noticed a few cracks in the chimney cap and patched them with some chalk at no charge. He did a great job and was fast and efficient.

Having just purchased our home almost 2 years ago, discovering necessary improvements is starting to get routine. It was recommend to us that since our chimney was now almost 40 years old and the ceramic liner was beginning to break down, we should have a stainless steel liner installed. After a number of estimates we decided to use Best Way for the job. Roger was very informative, explaining what needed to be done and also what didn't need to be done. This was helpful considering the different estimates I received as well as what I read online about this process seemed to require different amounts of work. I felt like Roger was trying to sell me only what I needed not more, which was greatly appreciated. They were able to schedule and complete the job relatively quickly. The work was very neat and turned out great. I would definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have called Best Way Chimney. They are true professional and I highly recommend them. This time I called them because I had a loose brick on the bottom row of my chimney. I was told not to worry about it and to just apply water sealer. Tommy was honest in his assessment of this problem. The people in the office are a pleasure to deal with and the overall service is outstanding. It's a fairly simple formula they seem to practice. They easily set up an appointment, they show up, they are honest and they do great work. Not all companies in service industries treat their customers this way. Best Way Chimney does....

They had rebuilt and saved my chimney a few years ago and did an excellent job. So naturally I called them back to have them look at my chimney and determine what needed to be done. After my initial call to set up the appointment the owner called me back and we discussed his previous work. He actually remembered my job. They showed up when promised and to my surprise when they called me at work they had just gone ahead and repaired the loose bricks and were not going to charge me. I truly did not expect this as the work was done not recently.

They were great, very responsive and knowledgeable. We got an appointment scheduled very quickly and they worked with my schedule. The price of the service was very fair and they cleaned up very well.

.Estimate (written) was provided about a week ago. Roger came on time and provided a fair budget. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I decided that his company was the way to go. I called his office and set an appointment for 5/16. He and his helper came on time and finished the job as promised and on budget.

Roger originally gave us an estimate about 3 yrs ago for same work - we decided to push off project. He came back, gave us a new estimate. He was honest and professional the entire time. He came and performed services - clean, neat and no issues. Would definitely recommend.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they were professional. I think that the deal was good. However, I don’t think that it was good a job. When we lit the fire after they cleaned it, it didn’t seem to be the same as it did with another company we had used.

They did what they were suppose to do. It was very good.
