Description of Work: I called Absolute electrical services to request a cost estimate for replacement of high hat lights/transformer. I spoke with the receptionist who was very professional and pleasant. I explained that i had approximately 11 lights (provided information concerning the estimate size of the lights) and a transformer in the crawl space. A date was scheduled for someone to arrive on 28 October between 12 and 2 pm to and provide an estimate. A representative call at approximately 1:10 pm on October 28. He wanted to discuss what exactly was going to be reviewed. What was surprising is that he seemed to have absolutely no information concerning the reason for the scheduled visit for a cost estimate. I again explained that I had approximately 11 lights and a transformer and was requesting a cost estimate for work. I mentioned that I explained this to the receptionist. After the call, the owner called and stated that the practice was to have someone call to clarify what work was expected. I again stated that I had approximately 11 lights and was requesting a cost estimate. I was frustrated that this was the third time i explained what I was requesting, The owner told me to "call someone else"and hung up on me. It is not necessary to explain a request three times. I am not an electrical expert and I rely on the expertise of the company to assist me in understanding the work and cost required. The fact that the owner would tell a prospective customer that they should call someone else and hang up is simply not professional. It is unfortunate that the situation deteriorated to the extent that it did.

Description of Work: Angie's list big deal promised surge protection at the level of $25000. The actual installed device only guarantee up to $5000. I called the installer and told him about the discrepancy. He claimed he has no access to Angie's website and has no idea what is listed there. Asked me to email him the page with the big deal described in detailes. Which I did. He never called me back and stopped answering his stopped answering my calls. Very unprofessional!

I explained my work schedule & he was here 2 days later his first customer. |I would definitely use this company again. I already informed his office that I would like to use the sale advertised on your list for the outside outlet
