I dealt with Russ from Absolute Electrical Svc...I needed repairs done to the outside of my house because Hurricane Sandy had knocked down trees which pulled out my electrical wires....I rated his service at the highest level which is 5...while I didn't meet him personally, he was very polite and professional over the phone...he was able to do the work without me taking time off from work to be home. I hope to employ his services again to do additional work on the inside of my home.

I do like that in our intial conversation price quote given was very reasonable. We asked for a Saturday appt and it was granted. 8 hight hats 90 dollars a peice with LED. We did not plan to use LED product, but electritcian expressed to us to explore that possibility and at the end we agreed to do that. Also we changed 10 switches and recepticles. Nice attitude towards minor critique suggestions. We will use him again for sure.

Great Job Lights look great. Had a another electrial problem problem the day before he came, so after he finished the contracted work he took a look at it and fixed on the spot and for a resonable fee. Very happy with them. WIll be using again.

due to my personal circumstances, my bathroom renov ation project took more than a year to bring to (near) completion. Russ the owner of Absolute Electric remained highly professional through that time. Besides the extended timing, the challenges were some of my rather fancy requirements regading the functioning of the fan unit, and a couple of the times I changed my mind about the kind of switches etc. that had already been installed by Absolute. Russ endured it all with a smile. Besides the bathroom rewiring, the project included the replacement of the main electric box and the installation of auto-on closet lights.

Russ came in, assessed the situation, fixed the problems, and made some other suggestions as well as answered my questions. Nice job, clean, and professional.
