Steve arrived on time and ready to review our three bathroom fans. After reviewing with my husband Steve said we only needed to replace the fan motor. He spent one hour in our home. Cleaned and oiled each fan and obtained the fan model number. When my husband asked how much the payment was Steve said nothing. My husband insisted on paying him. It was lunch time so my husband gave Steve money to buy himself lunch. How rare to find an honest, knowledgeable and kind person. He will be our go to handyman. Very professional and honest.

Steve was very reliable. He started the job at the scheduled time, and completed the job as scheduled. As with any remodeling project,there were a few snags. Steve stayed late to finish the project on schedule and to our satisfaction.We plan on using Steve again when we remodel our bathroom.

I called Steve on a Sunday in a panic because my original contractor was ill and couldn't do the job. He came by to look at what I needed done and did the work right then. Great guy, excellent work. I'll be calling him again for another project

I would highly recommend Steve. He did a great job. He removed our old tile and replaced it. After he took out the old tile we found a few surprises underneath. Steve was able to fix everything and he worked hard to design solutions to minimize cost. He always communicated very well, explaining everything he was doing. The end result was amazing.

We hired Steve to install two interior doors for the dining room conversion to an office. He showed up the day I called him for the quote and was extremely reasonable. The day of the job, he was on time and worked quickly to complete the job. The doors look great, like they were there when the house was built. We really appreciated how he periodically cleaned up throughout the job as to not have a major mess at the end. I will call Steve again when I need something done.

Very quick to show up and bid on installing 2 exterior doors. Steve offered to come the following week. He showed up on time and was quick at completing the project. If I ever need a carpentry guy I will call Steve.
