Richard is a former educator who has helped his father out every summer since he was 16. Three years ago Richard left teaching to help Kevin build and operate the business. In addition, when I tracked them down to try to get them to finish the last of the work (months after they'd finished most of it), I was treated more rudely and unprofessionally than I have ever been treated by any contractor I've worked with in 35+ years."
