Description of Work: Diagnosed why power was cut off to a room (burned main cable wire in receptacle box) He replaced the receptacle and put new wires in the receptacle. He was very professional.

Description of Work: Replaced a romax type electric service line with an armored line to repair a mouse eaten section that had shorted. It was a direct line of 10 feet or less between the electric box and a dishwasher.. It involved running the wire between two floors. The dish washer was offset above the box by a few feet and had to be disconnected and removed from its cabinet to reach the wiring behind. I assisted him in threading the wire between the floors. It was a simple job and in my judgement took him much too long to complete it.

+ -1 moreVery good. A technician came by in under 2 hours from my call. He troubleshooted the situation, fixed the problem, and gave my some maintenance advice. He also told me what to look into replacing in the future is this becomes a problem again.
