+ -1 moreThis business blows you off every chance they get. I tried to get help for our problem she keeps claiming to not seen anyone to help us. This has been days now! W**! Then they barely answer the phone.
Description of Work: A toilet leaking possible sealant issue.

+ -1 moreI spoke to Tom McGinnis for some suggestions we might consider that were short of digging out what was there and starting over. The original material was concrete, and had been covered over with macadam over the years. That had been painted many times and now looked very unsightly. He took the time to explain what might work and how they refurbished the LeRoy public pool. He thought the same process might work for my mother's pool. He visited her and was unable to get his equipment into her yard without taking down a fence and destroying her garden, so we did not use McGinnis. Both Tom and his wife who took the information to contact my mother were very courteous and willing to help.
Description of Work: I spoke to McGinnis in an attempt to find a solution of crumbling material around my mother's inground pool.

+ 0 moreMcGinnis Excavating and Plumbing did a good job. They got the work done as soon as possible, and they're very good people. I'd hire them again for other plumbing issues.
Description of Work: McGinnis Excavating and Plumbing dug down to the main sewage pipe and cleared it up.
