Description of Work: Brian is the best contractor I have ever used. He shows up on time and stays on schedule and calls to let you know if for some reason he will not be there. A stickler for quality workmanship, I will gladly hire Brian again and again for all my work on my home inside and out!!

+ -1 moreEverything went as was written and expected,Bryan did a lot of extra projects for us like install a bathroom fan which had to be vented to out side through a 12 inch thick beam. Many of extras we asked Bryan to do for us he would just smile and get right to it , he is very friendly and personable and works tirelessly until time to go home usually 5PM everyday. I will only use Bryan from this point forward to do my carpentry work from now on.
Description of Work: New siding and shutters,set up gutter people and negotiated a great price for gutter installation. Bryan also set up an insulation contractor and again obtained a great price. Bryan would always let us know what has been done and what was going to happen the next day, as well as what time he would be at the house to start working.Job took 30 days excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Bryan never once missed a day or was late for start time. I have used several contractors over the coarse of 40 years and Bryan is far and away the best I have ever dealt with.I will only be using Mr.Bryan Yauchzee for all of my carpentry needs in the future.
