I told him I was being harrassed and he told me to call the police. I told him I already had called. I asked him if he had a good lock.

The tenants had utilized locks that were over 25 years old. Once they moved, I noticed the locks were in very bad condition and did not provide any measure of safety or protection. After some research on Angie's List, I selected "Central Lock & Key." I thought I might have need 3 new locks, but after examining the doors, the installer suggested the other two doors, just needed to be re-keyed. Great news, and the two estimates provided over the phone, were very close to the actual cost! The installer was prompt, professional, and I am satisfied with the results and service.

Moved into a new home and needed to have five locks changed or re-keyed. We were also considering adding an additional lock to a couple of the doors. I called and they were able to come on the same day. Rather than change the locks entirely, he was able to re-key the locks at a lower cost, $30 per lock (there was also a $75 service fee for coming to the house). When I asked about adding an additional lock to two of the doors, he said that the locks that were there were quality locks and additional locks were not necessary. He said he would put them in if I wanted, but they would be an unnecessary investment. It was great that he did not try to sell me something that I didn't need.

They were right on time, very pleasant, and very professional. Costs were exactly what they said they'd be. Would definitely use them again.

I LOCKED THE KEYS IN THE HOUSE AND I DECIDED I JUST WANTED A WHOLE NEW LOCK INSTALLED. THIS COMPANY RECEIVED MY REQUEST AND RESPONDED WITHIN TWO TO THREE HOURS AFTER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
