Betton Floors

The concrete work was the first work started. They began doing the front of my house to prevent water seeping in and the side of the house to cover stonework. Before either finishing the concrete work or the painting, they began to remove the roofing material on my porch. I asked them to finish the other work first, but was told the roof was more important. Midway through the roofing job, Mr. Betton came to me to renegotiate the price of everything. I wouldn't agree to being highjacked midway through the work, so he packed up and left. When I demanded return of most of the money I had given him, since none of the work was completed, he sent me $500 and said he had earned the rest of the $3,000 I had paid. I have attached photos of his work, showing where it hasn't been finished, and unfortunately, where it had been done, it is already cracking after one month.

Amazing. This is a family company. They come through each day on time. The work starts soon after entrance and setup. Then it's amazing , like a machine the work starts. The work day ends each day 30 mins before they leave . That's when they clean up the job site . They don't leave till it's all picked up and cleaned up. My next job is a bedroom that I'm hardwood flooring . I have already scheduled the job . I would highly recommend betton floors (Phillip and his family and crew are amazing)

Amazing. Even amazing during estimate.Turns out Betton floors is a family buisness that has been around for over 15 years . He (phillip betton ) was one of several floor people from angieslist i had called. He ( phillip betton )was the most professional and definitely the most knowledgible of everyone who came . It was an easy decision. His crew showed up everyday at 8 am and didnt leave til 530pm . They left the house spotless each day. They were not talkers they just worked like a machine . Up until 530 pm they were hustling. Although several unexpected issues ( old house ) with my prexhisting floor came up , he would approach me address it and move on without drama. The floors were done ontime , on estimate , and have looked amazing for over a year. I am writing this review now because i am doing another job and when i pulled up Betton floors my review was missing. I love betton floors . I am impressed and excited to be again hiring them for my upstairs bedroom floor. I would tell anyone that they are definitely the most ready willing and able buisness with extreme professionalism.
