Despite 2 attempts, they did not cut enough of the tree. No reason was given as to why. Consultant said they could safely remove about 3 feet. They only took off one foot.

Great, they are a terrific company. Value for the dollar I would give them an A. They come when they say they will come.

They do good work. I do not have to worry that the are doing to do something cray and fall out of the tree. They are very safety conscious.

They were good. The workers that came by and did the work, they were all prompt, professionals and they understand the cope of work. They cleaned up everything afterwards.

They offer you a discount during the winter months so they can keep their crews on board. Sometimes we do not care when they get it done and they just come when they can come.

I was not here when they did it and they told me the ground was frozen and they put their truck on it, but it was not frozen. They had to come back and redo parts of my lawn. They did it without a problem so I was not upset about that. The price was good. I had a contract with them before they did the work. They were very professional.

It went great, actually! Basically, we have had other lawn care companies and they just haven't treated the weeds as effectively as Davey's.

We were gone and I was able to give him the key. That’s the nice thing about him, very trustworthy. I came back and found out all the mess was cleaned up. He is very knowledgeable about your house and if he can’t do something he will say he can’t do that. Everything he does he does extremely well. Everything we need we use him, If I need blinds to put up I will call him.

He is a tree service but he also does the lawns. He knows a lot about it and did the work to satisfaction.

They were awesome. They gave adviced on how to approach the problem I was having and they took care of the problem. Then we talked about things they could do in the future. They were super knowledgeable, very efficient and they cleaned up. There was not a twig or leaf on the lawn when they got done removing everything. I was super impressed. They understand about the different trees I have, how they would grow in the future. They had to keep in mind that there was another tree. I needed the two trees to balance with each other. They knew what they were doing.

The crew arrived almost exactly as scheduled (about 15 minutes early) and had the crane set and the first tree down in less than 45 minutes. The crew was neat, courteous, highly skilled and very professional and when they left, there was no sign that they had ever been there except for the 5 stumps cut nearly flush to the ground.

Davey is the best company with the best customer service (thank you, Bryant). I have hired them several times over the past three years and every time they do exactly what I ask and they do a great job. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had them forever. It’s mostly preventative. There’s nothing special. They may lower their prices to get an A rating for me. They do fine. They are very good about responsiveness. If I schedule them and if it’s raining, I have to tell them don’t bother to come because it’s going to rain but they do respond well.

The provider was great. They quoted two prices based on if the machinery could fit in the backyard through the fence. The machinery ended up fitting through and so we were able to get the job done for the cheaper quote...yeah!!! The team worked quickly and safely. They were punctual and even moved up our original appointment because of our concerns that the tree might fall on the house. They sent copies of the quotes and certificates of insurance promptly. I thought they were great. I would highly recommend them and use them again when needed. I though the pricing was very fair considering I got other quotes which were higher.
