Description of Work: This was my first experience with Angie's List. I contacted Davey Tree Co. on 9/30. On 10/1, they requested zip code info to be sure the right people contacted me. Despite 2 follow-ups on my part, it took them one week to get back to me. I advised them we would go elsewhere. Very disappointed in poor customer service. We have contacted others and hope for better.

Description of Work: The company responded very quickly to evaluate the tree removal with a competitive price and with good answers to all my questions. The first crew took down a moderately-sized tree, using a bucket truck. They were efficient and ground up the limbs as they went. The first team left the stump for the second crew to grind up; this second crew came on a separate day. I had to call several times to coordinate the stump grinding. I would give the first team, the removal team, an A, and gave the stump removal group the B due to the difficulty in setting up the stump grinding.
